Urban outdoor space undertakes important urban public life,and plant greening is an important means to improve urban space ecology and outdoor space comfort.In hot summer areas,urban outdoor spaces are often exposed to high temperatures in summer,and the thermal comfort and utilization rate of the spaces are low.Plants are often used as attachments to buildings,which emphasize the role of beautifying the environment and accentuating the building,but relatively neglect the more positive and comprehensive plant shading and cooling effect,especially the lack of design considerations to provide people with shadow space for a continuous period of time.To this end,this article clarified the climate characteristics of summer heat regions,the improvement of plant shadows on climate,the status of utilization,the composition characteristics of space plants in Constant-holistically shadowed space,and the "changing shadows" of plants "The goal of space construction;clarified the plant classification based on the difference in imaging and the linkage between the influencing factors and the shadow;based on the simulation analysis and summary of the relevant software,the spatial composition of the plant Constant-holistically shadowed space and The spatial-temporal correlation mechanism of Constant-holistically shadowed space,and the design principles,methods and application of the Constant-holistically shadowed space for outdoor plants in summer heat regions.The main knowledge and conclusions obtained in this article are as follows:1.Under the hot summer climate,the shaded area of ??plants can provide a comfortable environment of light,heat and wind,and can effectively improve the use of outdoor space.However,the existing plant shadow space does not match the actual user's needs,including the shadow space scale does not match,the time and space continuity is not considered,the shadow quality is not satisfied,etc.,showing the outdoor space's demand for "normal full shadow" space for plants.2.Clarified that the urban plant space can be divided into different types according to the behavioral characteristics of the active crowd and the demand for shadow space,namely,traffic type,ornamental type,rest type,and assembly type.Space time and space continuity and high quality requirements.3.The the plant Constant-holistically shadowed space is the intersection of the time-shadow space in time.Its spatial shape and quality are related to the time-shadow characteristics.Based on the differences in plant shadowing,a large number of plants are classified and the plants are summarized.The influencing factors of shadow can be divided into two categories.The first category is the influencing factors of the shadow range,including canopy shape,crown width,crown height and branch height;the second category is the influencing factors of shadow quality,mainly the leaf density.4.The composition elements of the plant Constant-holistically shadowed space of plants include plants,structures and buildings.When plants are used as composition bodies,they can be divided into single composition,combined composition of plants of the same shape,and combined composition of plants of different shapes.The situation includes a combination of single-row,multi-row,and clump planting.It clarifies the association mechanism between the orientation,shape,size,and quality of the "normal full shadow" space and the plant and its layout combination,and summarizes the specific layout.In this case,there is an optimal form combination.5.To clarify the construction goals and principles of the plant Constant-holistically shadowed space,from the perspective of planning and design,put forward the optimization design method of the plant Constant-holistically shadowed space in different site types,that is,only the plant space,plants and structures are constructed together Shadow space and plants are three types of building supplementary shadow space.From the plane layout combination,tree species selection and configuration,and fully coordinate with the site conditions,and using four functional types of space as a method,an effective optimization design method is proposed.
