In addition to being an important place for the treatment and health care of inpatients,the ward needs to provide the conditions for patients' daily life,which is often the largest part of the building area in the total area of the hospital.Compared with the rapid increase in the number of wards in China in recent years,there is relatively less research on the lighting in hospitals.Most of the research is based on quantitative research based on a single series of indicators or design strategy research based on case analysis.The requirements of domestic relevant specifications for lighting are only on the level of meeting the use.With the development of non visual lighting research,we rethink the significance of lighting for buildings from a healthy point of view,and the application of related year-round dynamic lighting software also provides sufficient technical support for the research.In this paper,based on the review of the research results of natural lighting at home and abroad,in order to evaluate the lighting quality of ward space in Guangzhou by multiple indicators,a sample survey of large-scale indoor hospital wards is carried out,and a group of representative modern hospitals in Guangzhou are taken as samples,through field measurement,questionnaire survey and other methods,the common types of wards in Guangzhou are analyzed The quantity,scale,lighting quality,patient's feeling,existing problems and so on are preliminarily counted,and the non visual lighting index suitable for ward is put forward.The actual measurement shows that in the case of all cloudy days,the lighting of the ward outside the toilet is insufficient,and the satisfaction of all beds to the lighting is low;the ward inside the toilet is too bright,and the satisfaction of all beds to the lighting is good.The results of computer simulation show that the non visual lighting index proposed in this paper has certain feasibility and accuracy;about 80% of the areas in the builtin ward of the toilet meet the requirements of daylight autonomy in the whole year,and the overall non visual lighting condition is good,but the glare condition is serious,which is suitable for setting in the south-north direction and setting an external balcony to alleviate the glare phenomenon of the room;and the bathroom The whole glare control of the built-in ward is better,but only 30% of the area can meet the requirements of sunlight autonomy,the quality of non visual lighting is poor,and the overall performance is the best only in the east-west direction without external balcony shelter.
