With the rapid development of China's power grid,the domestic power industry infrastructure projects are in full swing,while the power infrastructure projects have achieved fruitful results,but also exposed some problems in the management process of power infrastructure projects,such as the progress of the project,the quality of the project is difficult to control,the engineering data does not meet the requirements of acceptance,the lack of control management of key nodes of the project,and so on.In order to realize more fine management and improve the efficiency and level of power engineering management,power companies should adopt the means of information technology to establish an efficient,scientific and transparent power infrastructure project management system.The purpose of this thesis is to establish an information platform for the management of power infrastructure projects in an electric power company by using advanced software development technology,so as to improve the efficiency of the management of power infrastructure projects.From the point of view of power infrastructure project management,this thesis studies the management system of power infrastructure project,which is suitable for power enterprise.First of all,this thesis studies the power infrastructure project management system and the related theories and techniques,and summarizes the research status of power company infrastructure project management system at home and abroad by consulting the literature.In the power industry,the management process of power infrastructure projects needs to be combed according to its characteristics.Secondly,based on the theoretical research,through in-depth on-site business needs investigation,and the use of UML technology to investigate the needs of the power company's power infrastructure project management needs.On the basis of requirement analysis,the thesis uses popular MVC framework to design the system architecture of power infrastructure project management,and uses lightweight SSH technology to implement the architecture.And then in the database design stage of the system,this thesis adopts the powerful relational database SQL Server 2016 design and development.According to the standard specification,the logical structure ER diagram of database are designed.Finally,this thesis uses JAVA language to develop the system,and realizes the management system of electric power infrastructure project in electric power enterprise.The system mainly includes five functions: system management,contract management,construction management,quality management and cost management.After function test and performance test,the system has been running smoothly in a power company.According to the actual operation effect,the system not only makes the process of power enterprise infrastructure project management electronic and transparent,but also greatly improves the efficiency of power infrastructure project management,thus improving the cost of power infrastructure management of the power company,which has important application value and practical significance.
