The construction of smart grid in China has been basically completed.Through the concentrator,smart meter and other hardware in the power supply network,automatic meter reading of electricity information has been realized,and the efficiency of marketing terminal business management of power enterprises has been improved.However,for the hardware management of the power supply network,it is still necessary to further improve and strengthen the research and development of supporting automatic management software system.According to the management and maintenance requirements of the company's intelligent energy meter,a set of network intelligent energy meter service management system is designed and implemented in this thesis.The system can realize the remote control and reading management of hardware equipment through the concentrator and intelligent meter of power communication network and power supply network.In the research work,the development status and trend at home and abroad,and researches the development background of the system is studied,and the overall goal of the system is put forward.Then,the functional requirements of the system are investigated,and the specific functional objectives and non functional objectives of the system are analyzed in detail.Based on the analysis of system requirements,the development technology selection of the system is studied,the technology development route based on.NET web and SQL server is established,as well as the SG-CIM standard as the hardware communication service standard of the system.Based on the analysis of system technology selection,the detailed functional design of the system is carried out according to the technical route of the system,including the overall design,communication function design,function module design and database design,and the system module is divided into three modules: concentrator operation management,electric energy meter operation management,power protection and alarm management.Finally,according to the technical scheme and module division of the system,the development and implementation of each functional module are analyzed in detail,and the realization ideas and functional effects of each module are introduced,and the test work of the system is summarized and introduced to verify the research and development results of the system.At present,the system has been put into operation in the company,realizing the remote management of concentrator and energy meter hardware of power supply network.All the functions of the system have achieved the expected development goals,and in other aspects also meet the application requirements of the company,improve the overall management efficiency of the power supply network hardware,with high practical significance.
