High-speed rail wheels are important safety components for high-speed rail travel,and have an important impact on the safety of high-speed rail travel.With the continuous increase of the operating mileage and the continuous improvement of the operating speed of China's high-speed rail,the number and quality requirements of high-speed rail wheels are becoming higher and higher,and the existing domestic production technology and production technology need to be further improved to meet the demand for wheel quality and quantity.This thesis is based on the Shanxi Provincial Key R & D Program(Key)High-tech Field Project "Research on Key Technologies and Service Behavior of High-speed Rail Wheel Manufacturing"(201703D111005)and the Shanxi Province Postgraduate Joint Training Center's Talent Cultivation Project "Digital Simulation and Accurate Control of the Plastic Shaping Process of High Speed Rail Technical research".Taking the integrated high-speed train wheels as the research object,the whole process technology of pre-forging,precision forging,rolling,bending and punching was simulated,and the numerical simulation of the wear of the pre-forging,precision forging and bending bending die Research and simulation analysis of the microstructure of the wheels during the pre-forging and precision forging process.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Using rigid-plastic finite element theory to establish a complete set of dies,rolls and blanks required for pre-forging,precision forging,rolling and bending punching,using DEFORM-3D combined with orthogonal method to analyze the forming process After the end of the effect of equivalent strain,equivalent stress and metal flow,the work done has a certain reference effect on the site.(2)The grain module of DEFORM-3D combined with the automatic cellular machine method was used to numerically simulate the recrystallization and grain size in the process of pre-forging and precision forging,and the wheel material after the completion of precision forging was selected for metallographic test Comparing the experimental results with the simulation results shows that the simulation results are reliable.(3)Based on Achard wear theory combined with DEFORM-3D die analysis module,the die wear during pre-forging,precision forging and bending was analyzed,and the die pre-heating temperature,die hardness,blank pre-heating temperature,friction coefficient were studied.And the impact of die hardness on die wear,the work done has a certain reference significance to the scene.
