In the 21 st century,Chinese high-speed rail business has developed rapidly.As of the end of 2015,Chinese railway operating mileage has exceeded 120,000 kilometers,of which high-speed railway mileage has reached nearly 20,000 kilometers,and the next five to ten years will be the rise of Chinaese high-speed railway development.High-speed train axle is one of the key components of high-speed train operation.With the development of Chinese high-speed railway,the demand for high-speed train axles will increase.According to statistics,the market demand for high-speed train axles in China was approximately RMB 1.33 billion in 2015.Since high-speed train axles have not yet been fully domesticated,the technology for producing high-speed train axles has been monopolized by foreign coMPanies,so the axles of high-speed trains in China are mainly imported.At present,many domestic coMPanies have begun trial production of high-speed train axles.Research on the localization of high-speed train axles,such as Jinxi axles and Taiyuan Heavy Industry,has achieved results.At present,the main production method of domestic high-speed train axle blanks is the use of radial forging machines to make billets,while the radial forging machine has low forging production efficiency,the forging precision is not high,and the equipment is expensive.China is still unable to produce,only relying on imports.Therefore,it is urgent to seek a new high-efficiency,high-quality machining process and equipment for high-speed train axle blanks to solve the current increasing demand for the product.The cross wedge rolling process is an efficient shaft forming process.If the wedge cross rolling process can be applied to the production of high speed train axle shaft blanks,the production efficiency will be greatly improved and the equipment production cost will be reduced.In this paper,the principle of three-roller cross-wedge rolling is mainly applied.The production and application of three-roller cross-wedge cross-rolling technology and equipment in high-speed train axle shaft blank are theoretically analyzed and expounded.This paper briefly introduces the source of the subject,briefly introduces the theory of cross wedge rolling and the main structure of the three-roll cross rolling mill,expounds the basic theory and methods of the finite element method,and selects the basic theory of rigid plastic finite element analysis as the basis.The paper aims to simplify the axle of the GT760 high-speed train axle of Anhui Hongtai Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.Based on the relationship between the simplified part drawing and the three-roll wedge cross-rolling roller and rolling piece diameter,a reasonable three-roller cross-rolling die was designed and selected to be a two-dimensional drawing.According to the two-dimensional drawing of the mold,the UG10.0 was used to design the rolling three-dimensional model,and the mold and rolling stock were assembled in the UG.The file with the format of.STL was exported.According to domestic and foreign standards,the material is 25 CrMo,25CrMo flow stress and strain curve is calculated by Jmatpro,25 CrMo is generated in the DEFORM-3D material library,and DEFORM-3D is used to select reasonable parameters to simulate the created finite element model.According to the simulation results,the displacement field and velocity field in the forming process are studied.The metal flow law is summarized according to the displacement field and velocity field in the forming process;the stress and strain analysis is performed at different stages of high-speed train axle forming and the stages are analyzed.Due to the fact that the forming quality of high-speed train axles will affect the safety of trains,damage analysis is performed on the axles of high-speed trains after forming,and the damage-prone parts are identified and revised opinions are proposed.In this paper,the ideal result obtained by the final rolling provides a theoretical reference for the research of the three-roller wedge cross-rolling process in the large-scale rotating parts of high-speed train axles.
