Crawler cranes play an irreplaceable role in the fields of large-scale civil engineering construction,petrochemical equipment installation,wind power nuclear power and military lifting.The performance table of crawler crane is the concrete expression of its own performance,and also the concentrated embodiment of the comprehensive performance of all parts of crane.Due to the complexity of the structural form of the boom and the super-lift system and the diversity of calculation conditions,the design parameters and data are continuously modified in the overall structure and detail design process to meet the design demands and safety requirements of the crane when the overall structure and performance of the crawler crane is designed.This also leads to the fact that it takes a lot of manpower and time of the designers to complete the setting of the lifting performance.The modular modeling,analysis and calculation of the whole structure of the crawler crane and the load combination of multiple working conditions are studied in this thesis in the view that the previous track crane's lifting capacity calculation takes too much time and effort.The software programming of crawler crane performance table calculation is developed which combines the structural stress characteristics,anti overturning conditions of the whole crane and the influence of the super lift device on the stress analysis and stability calculation to meet the requirements of high efficiency and reliability of crane performance calculation.A visual and parametric modeling design of crane structure is made and a software is developed by using visual programming technology and ADPL.This software can be used to automatically generate the corresponding finite element analysis model according to different structural forms and design parameters,and imposed loads on the analysis model at the same time,and can be used to call the finite element analysis software to carry out structural stress analysis on the designated model.According to the actual stress characteristics of the crane truss structure,the finite element stress analysis of the crane structure is carried out by using the solver with the function of nonlinear large deformation of structure analysis of the structure,which more accurate analysis results can be obtained.The ultimate lifting capacity of each operating range can be obtained after multiple checks of structural load carrying capacity and overall crane stability are completed by constantly adjusting the lifting parameters through an iterative algorithm.The complete performance table of crawler crane can be finally formed based on the common influence of multi-factors analysis when the results of amplitude calculation of all working conditions are summarized.The performance table generated in this study is compared with the original performance table.The accuracy and reliability of the performance table design and software system in this study are verified from two aspects of numerical accuracy and lifting performance characteristic curve.The performance table software can be used to quickly output lifting performance data,which provides a reference for the further structural details design of the crawler crane and accurate calculation of the crane's various performances,which has a great application prospect.
