The deceleration facility is a traffic safety facility used to achieve speed control in the highway.Its basic form is to set fixed prompts within the road space,so that the driver can take corresponding speed behaviors according to the prompts to achieve the goal of speed control.Highway traffic safety is of great significance.Speed coordination is the key to ensure road traffic safety,and speed control is the basic means to achieve speed coordination.Many scholars have conducted corresponding research on the effectiveness of deceleration facilities.The main test methods are mainly cockpit simulation and highway section speed measurement.Both test methods can detect the deceleration effect of deceleration facilities.Although these two methods can achieve certain results,the cockpit simulation environment is virtual,which gives the driver a psychological hint to a certa in extent,and cannot truly reflect the driver's psychological reaction in the real environment;cross-sectional speed measurement can not get the vehicle continuous Speed,it is impossible to analyze the possible instantaneous speed changes that are not conducive to traffic safety.To this end,this article adopts the natural driving test method to collect real-time vehicle operation data and drivers' psychological data,and conducts a comparative study on the effects of highway deceleration facilities.This article has designed from various stages of the test roads,equipment,testers and test notes.During the field driving test,with the help of OBD smart box,BIOPAC psychology instrument,driving recorder and laptop computer,etc.,the vehicle is obtained in real time Data such as speed,acceleration,distance traveled,and the driver's heart rate.According to whether the deceleration facilities are mandatory or not,the gantry-type speed limit plates and speed photographs are classified as mandatory deceleration facilities,and the horizontal deceleration markings and longitudinal deceleration markings are classified as non-mandatory deceleration facilities.Screen the sections with no difference in initial speed conditions for comparative analysis.After comparative analysis of the vehicle's deceleration and acceleration/deceleratio n distance when passing the deceleration facility,combined with the driver's heart rate and heart rate growth rate when passing the speed limit facility The amplitude is the most obvious,about 10% higher than the speed limit plate of the main frame,and about 7% higher than the deceleration range of the horizontal deceleration mark and the longitudinal deceleration mark;compared with the speed limit plate of the main frame,speed photography is more likely to cause the driver's Attention and vigilance ca n better restrain the driving behavior of the driver;both the horizontal deceleration marking and the vertical deceleration marking have a certain deceleration effect,and t here is no obvious difference between the two,but the longitudinal deceleration marking has a significant effect on the driver Psychological stimulation is more obvious,which can improve the driver's vigilance.This article starts from both the vehicle a nd the driver,and the results of research on the effects of different deceleratio n facilities show that each deceleration facility has a certain deceleration effect,but also has its own characteristics.The conclusion of this paper can provide a reference for the research and design of highway deceleration facilities.
