The rapid change of macro-economic poses new challenges to the supply-side.The real estate development is facing downward and severe difficulties.Therefore,as the most important supply-side component in the whole process of real estate development,construction industries are inevitably affected by the closed linkage.As rational economic man considering self-interest in the dilemma,both real estate enterprises and construction supply chain enterprises expect to maximize their own profits,especially in capital flow.Based on the above,this paper takes the construction supply chain enterprises as the main body to study the capital friction between them and the core enterprises in the supply chain trades.This paper focuses on the impact of working capital inflow deviation on capital turnover,which is importance of construction supply chain enterprises.In addition,it defines the working capital inflow deviation as the risk of enterprise.Aiming at the source of risks,the research on risk compensation,risk indicator system and risk performance prediction is carried out.Solutions to early-warning capital risks and preparations of capital flow management and decisions in advanced comes to the end of this paper.The capital inflow deviation of construction supply chain enterprises due to the capital friction with the core enterprises.In this paper,labor-union game model of Leontief is used to depict the risk game mechanism of capital flow between the two sides,and the view of inefficient equilibrium is obtained.Based on the deviated game equilibrium,the risk compensation game model was further constructed.Further,the risk compensation game was extended based on the dual capital modes of the core enterprise's working capital constraints,including owned capital and supply chain finance from the core enterprises.Under the condition of game equilibrium deviation,the risk index evaluation system of construction supply chain enterprises was established,and the weight quantitative study was carried out by analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey.Finally,considering the results of risk evaluation and risk compensation,the quantitative function model of risk performance was built,and the data of sample enterprises were embedded to simulate risk performance in diversified scenarios,so as to optimize and improve risk performance.Based on the above research results,this paper draws a conclusion that construction supply chain enterprises should focus on capital inflow risk management to reduce capital risk.Relevant suggestions are concluded.In addition,the paper puts forward a management application that predicts capital turnover demand in advance with the help of risk prediction function,which is in order to provide reference for the further replenishment decision.
