As one of the pillars of China's economic development,the prospects of the construction industry are still relatively bright.Under the condition of increasingly powerful Internet of things and information platform,the competitive advantage of construction technology means and material cost is weakening,and optimizing engineering management and innovating management ideas will become the main competitive advantage of each construction enterprise,at the same time,it will play a vital role in promoting the new step.In this paper,supply chain management and financing theory are applied to construction engineering cases,and precise and effective management methods are proposed for construction project pricing and financing decisions.First of all,this paper uses comparative analysis to explain and analyze the current situation of construction industry,construction engineering management,construction supply chain,supply chain pricing and supply chain financing theory and research status.Based on the introduction of the project in CYC residential district and the characteristics of the project,this paper establishes a supply chain model and financing framework suitable for the project.Then,based on the EPC contracting model and related assumptions,the decision-making model of construction supply chain CYC residential district is established.According to the four situations of no capital constraint,no capital constraint,in-chain financing and out-of-chain financing under capital constraint,the optimal pricing strategy is obtained by using Stackelberg game theory and nonlinear theory.This paper shows that when the member enterprises of the construction supply chain of the CYC residential district project adopt the joint decision,there must be a profit distribution mode,which makes the profits of the construction investor F the company and the project contractor D the company larger than that of the independent decision.Using supply chain financing under the condition of capital constraint can make the construction supply chain gain higher profit.At the same time,the model and numerical analysis reveal that the construction supply chain should choose the intra-chain financing mode.Finally,on the basis of the above results,the influence of bank loan interest rate and the change of construction contractor's own capital on the profit of construction supply chain is further discussed,and it is found that the internal financing mode of supply chain is superior to external financing.Applying the quantitative analysis method of supply chain pricing and financing decision to an example of construction supply chain management can not only put forward accurate decision-making scheme for construction engineering,but also renew the concept of engineering management and effectively promote the benign development of construction industry.
