With more and more residential landscape projects in the design phase of the introduction of landscape quota design as the main design methods and evaluation indicators.However,there are many problems in the implementation process of quota design,such as passive designers,complex decomposition of quota indexes,and inexperienced designers,and there is still a gap in the research on the application and adjustment strategy of quota design indexes in conventional commercial residential districts.This paper systematically analyzed the guangdong ordinary commodity residential area landscape engineering cost factors,based on the limit design method,using the quota design index model and adjust the design thinking to help garden engineering scheme and construction drawing design process,make with the rationality and efficiency of garden engineering,for the evaluation decision of the project developers and designers in different stages of the landscape planning and design of the adjustment,provide the whole process of quantitative reference.From chapter two to chapter five,through summing up the characteristics of guangdong ordinary commodity residential area landscape engineering and function,analysis and design of guangdong limitation of ordinary commodity residential area landscape design process,and from garden road,swimming pool water,filter layer,the garage roof greening and water and electricity and so on five direction to limit guangdong ordinary commodity residential area landscape design analysis.In this paper,the total unilateral cost of garden is set as the dependent variable y,the unilateral cost of garden construction is set as A,the unilateral cost of afforestation is set as B,and the unilateral cost of hydropower is set as C.after regression,the limit model of garden engineering with excellent linear significance is obtained.Subsequently,this paper refined the indexes of the model,and finally determined six variables,namely,shan fang A2,shan fang A3,shan fang B1,shan fang B2,shan fang C1and shan fang C2,as the main material of garden construction,and obtained a limit model of garden engineering with more refined parameters.This paper further evaluates the quota design of garden project of guangdong ordinary commercial residential area through the analytic hierarchy process,and divides the evaluation system into the general target layer,the target layer and the scheme layer.By analyzing the cost proportion of each index in the target layer and the scheme layer in the actual data of garden engineering,the weight of each index is determined,and then the unilateral quota index of garden engineering is standardized by the method of index standardization,and finally the design and evaluation system of garden quota in ordinary commercial residential districts in guangdong is obtained.Papers last part through to the guangdong validation and transformation of a landscape engineering project,verify the investment estimation model and the limitation of this paper the design model of garden engineering quota design and distribution of each cost element index garden engineering has good guidance meaning,can effectively control the cost,and improve limitation design scheme evaluation standard.However,this evaluation model is only applicable to garden projects with a total unilateral cost of 150-1200 yuan/?.However,for garden projects with a total unilateral cost of less than 150 yuan/?and more than 1200/?,there is insufficient evidence to prove the accuracy and reliability of the model,which requires further research.
