| The motor consumes a lot of electricity in industrial production,accounting for about65%of the total electricity consumption in China.In order to improve the energy efficiency level of motor,it is necessary to upgrade the motor regularly.According to the latest energy efficiency standard of our country,a large number of electric motors in the market are facing elimination.The rational replacement of inefficient electric motor can make the motor function efficiently,saving a lot of energy and reducing the environmental pollution at the same time in return.nationwide in China.Guangdong province is also carrying out the energy efficiency improvement of motor in an orderly way.A city is a key industrial in Guangdong province.A city also consumes lots of energy.In order to promote the energy saving and emission reduction of industrial enterprises in A City,the city of A is listed as the pilot city of motor energy conservation reform in Guangdong province.The energy efficiency promotion of motor in A city has been in the forefront of the energy efficiency promotion of the whole province and even the whole country.This paper takes the upgrading of motor efficiency in A industrial enterprises as the research object.In A City,the energy efficiency of motor vehicles has been increased by more than 50%of the total energy efficiency of paper enterprises in A city.Compared with the general industrial enterprises,the paper-making enterprises have the characteristics of continuous production,and the annual running time and load of the motor are higher.The use of motor in paper industry is very different from that of other industries.Therefore,in this paper,in the study of the energy efficiency improvement of A City,the motor that is about to be able to improve the energy efficiency of A is divided into two scenes,one is to improve the energy efficiency of the paper industry,and the motor of other industry will be classified into another category.In this paper,the life cycle assessment method is used to evaluate the different environmental impacts of the motor to be upgraded to two or three-graded energy efficiency.Based on an old motor that is about to be eliminated in the A papermaking enterprise,it is concluded that the environmental impact of the motor is mainly concentrated in the use stage of the motor,the ratio of the motor production and processing stage is not more than 2%;the environmental impact of the two-graded efficiency motor is still smaller than the three–graded efficiency motor in the whole life cycle;As the efficiency of the two-graded motor is higher than the three-graded motor,the two level energy efficiency motor is more environmentally friendly than the three-graded efficiency.Taking CO2 emission as a example,the two-graded efficiency motor reduces the emission of 18t CO2 equivalent than the three level energy efficiency.This paper uses the life cycle cost method to evaluate the economic feasibility of the motor to be upgraded to two or three-graded efficiency motors.It is concluded that it is more economical to replace the old motor with two-graded motor in paper making enterprises.This is because the paper industry has the characteristics of continuous production.Compared to the paper industry,the motor in other industries is more economically feasible to use two level energy efficiency motor in most cases,and in addition,this paper runs on other lines in A city.For example,if the two stage motor has no advantage on the three stage motor based on the life cycle cost without external cost,the life cycle cost of the two level energy efficiency motor is still less 1600 yuan than that of the three level motor under the full LCC method containing the external cost.Therefore,it is considered that the two level energy efficiency motor is still compared.The three level is more economical. |
