The construction of underground pipe gallery can effectively manage all kinds of municipal pipelines,which is of great significance to the development of the city.Compared with the cast-in-place pipe gallery,the prefabricated integrated pipe gallery has many outstanding advantages,such as short construction period,easy control of construction quality and less environmental pollution,and its application prospect is very broad.The transverse joint is the weak part of the prefabricated integrated pipe gallery structure,which is very sensitive to deformation,and the reliability of its connection has a great influence on the reliability and safety of the prefabricated integrated pipe gallery structure.Therefore,the study on the mechanical properties of the transverse joint of the prefabricated integrated pipe gallery is of great significance to ensure the reliability and safety of the whole structure of the pipe gallery.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Six joint specimens with the number of bolts,bolt pretightening force and concrete plate thickness as parameters are designed and made.The bending tests of these joint specimens are carried out to obtain the mechanical characteristics,failure morphology,deformation capacity and strain stress characteristics of the joints.(2)The bending test of prefabricated pipe gallery joint is simulated and analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.And the effects of bolt number,bolt pretightening force and concrete plate thickness on the bending performance of the joint are systematically discussed from the aspects of deformation characteristics and failure pattern,load-deflection curve,moment-angle curve,load-bolt strain curve,load-steel bar strain curve and so on.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the correctness of the numerical model.(3)The expansion parameter analysis of the numerical model of joint specimen is carried out to explore the influence of parameters such as bolt pretightening force,concrete plate thickness,horizontal axial force and material strength on the stress characteristic values of joint specimen under different number of bolts.Then,through regression calculation,the calculation formula of each eigenvalue is fitted,and on this basis,the three-fold bending stiffness model of the joint is put forward.At the same time,through theoretical derivation,the theoretical bending stiffness model of the joint is obtained and compared with the three-fold line bending stiffness model.
