Building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society is an important task handed over to us by the party and the state and is an inevitable requirement of China's social development.We must promote the energy consumption revolution from the height of the national development strategy,eliminate waste,and establish a diligent and economical view of consumption.China's energy resources are very rich in types and volumes,but at the same time China's population base is large,and the contradiction between energy resources and demand still exists.In today's society,the international situation is complicated and the energy problem is more prominent.One of the important means to alleviate the situation is to save energy and reduce consumption and improve the effective utilization of energy.As an important part of the national economy,the power industry is one of the key areas for implementing energy conservation and consumption reduction.In the field of electric energy,the main energy waste is the comprehensive power loss of electric energy in the transmission process of the power grid,called line loss.Among them,the distribution network line loss refers to the loss of electrical energy in the medium and low voltage distribution network,and is an important part of the power loss of the power grid enterprises.For power supply network management enterprises,the key breakthrough to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction targets is to reduce the power loss of medium and low-voltage power grids.The distribution network is an important part of the power system,and the power loss generated accounts for a large proportion of the line loss of the entire power supply enterprise.In particular,in remote mountainous areas of China,the distribution network structure is relatively weak and the line equipment is seriously deteriorated.In addition,the overall technical level and theoretical management ability of county-level agricultural power enterprises are relatively backward,which cannot meet the requirements of change.Therefore,it is still important to further analyze and research the distribution network loss reduction technology.This thesis firstly introduces the theoretical basic knowledge of line loss,and then describes several common methods for theoretical calculation of line loss: rms current method,average current method,maximum current method,equivalent current method and voltage loss method.And compared the calculation principle and scope of application of the listed methods.Then,some common methods of loss reduction are introduced from the aspects of technology and management.Secondly,the characteristics of Shaoguan area are introduced.Taking the Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County as an example,the general situation of the mountainous characteristic power grid is introduced in detail,and the theoretical line loss calculation software is used to carry out the typical representative day theoretical line of the milk source 10 k V distribution network and the 0.4k V low voltage network.Loss calculation.Through the analysis of the calculation results,combined with the management practice,the outstanding problems in the line loss management of the distribution network in Ruyuan County are pointed out.Finally,according to the calculation results,the problems in line loss management are analyzed,and the milk source county's loss reduction strategy is formulated.Several solutions are proposed from the technical and management perspectives,and each technical measure is proposed.An example of the calculation is confirmed.The management measures are summarized in the work experience of the power supply bureau of Ruyuan County in recent years through management practice,which has a good guiding role for the reduction and efficiency improvement of the dairy source grid,and can be applied to the further lean of the line loss management in Ruyuan County.It can also be used as a reference for the later upgrading of the distribution network.
