"Green kitchen appliance" is the embodiment of smart home and healthy life.With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the formulation and implementation of related environmental protection laws and regulations,consumers are increasingly demanding green performance of household appliances,especially kitchen appliances.The energy-saving design of kitchen appliances has become a sustainable appliance manufacturing enterprise.Strategic trends of development.However,the smart kitchen system currently on the market still has low stability of kitchen equipment,complicated network access process,high energy consumption,and the manufacturers who sell it cannot follow the user's equipment usage situation and cannot perform a long-term upgrade and optimization of the kitchen system.And other issues.In response to the above problems,this article takes STM32 microcontroller as the control core,uses an embedded microprocessor with low power consumption and powerful functions,and uses the embedded operating system platform and Wi-Fi,ZigBee communication technology to innovatively design energy-saving intelligence Kitchen system.In the hardware design of the system,this paper uses STM32F103ZET6 as the main control chip of the kitchen gateway,and chooses the CC2530 chip as the core processor of the ZigBee network coordinator and the basic equipment node of the kitchen.Among them,the kitchen terminal equipment node information collection module includes MQ-2 smoke sensor,DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor,flame sensor,OV2640 camera module and ADE7755 energy consumption monitoring module.The data information collected by the terminal device node is uploaded to the kitchen gateway through the CC2530 communication module and can be displayed on the LCD touch screen of the local management module,and the data information is uploaded to the cloud server via Wi-Fi transmission.In terms of software design of the system,the software design of the coordinator and appliance sub-nodes was completed based on the ZigBee protocol stack;Alibaba Cloud server was selected as the cloud storage of user equipment information and user eating habits images,which is convenient for appliance manufacturers to collect users in the process of using kitchen appliances Problems and preparations for users to upgrade the greener and more energy-efficient smart kitchen software system;the design of the mobile client APP,including smart kitchen login registration,kitchen equipment energy monitoring,and security alarms,allows users to not only Controlling kitchen equipment from anywhere can also provide a clearer understanding of the operating status of kitchen equipment and the safety of the kitchen environment.Finally,the various functions of the smart kitchen system are tested,and the test results show that the system has reached the expected goal in each detection.It is in line with the original intention of designing a green smart kitchen system that is flexible,convenient,low energy consumption,low cost,easy to use and easy to maintain.
