Nowadays energy crisis and environment pollution are becoming worse andworse, energy-saving reducing is one of the most effective measures to copewith these problems. However, power sector should undertake the responsibilityfor that. It can improve the enthusiasm of the power grid enterprises and users toparticipate in power grid safe operation and effectively achieve energy savingby using smart gird interactive technology. Therefore, this paper studies thetechnology of interactive and energy-saving optimal dispatch in smart gridwhich is combined with the characteristics of electric power industry in ourcountry and taking lessons from foreign successful experience in electricitymarket. The detail working is as follows.Firstly, the concept and theoretical framework of interactive andenergy-saving optimal dispatch in smart grid are put forward. The possibility togive power generation enterprises and users certain autonomy under the newenvironment is analyzed. The basic connotation of interactive and energy-savingoptimal dispatch is proposed which viewed from the angle of the powergeneration enterprises and users. The framework research content of interactiveand energy-saving optimal dispatch is divided into four parts which are premiseresearch, basic research, and key research as well as extend research. Therelated contents are expounded.Secondly, the marginal energy consumption caused by peak load ismeasured. The concept of marginal energy consumption and the correspondingcalculation model are put forward. The priority order method combined with thecalendar calculation method is used for solving that model, and IEEE39nodesystem is taken as the example to analyze. It is influence to energy-saving at thepower generation side.Thirdly, the pattern of manifestation of interactive at the user side isstudied. The user interactive types, the influencing factors of user interactivecharacteristics and potential users are analyzed. A response model consideringthe real-time is set up. This model covers short-period and real-time interaction.Moreover, at the perspective of reducing peak load, user interactiveoptimization dispatch methods are proposed, including interactive method basedon ahead-day dispatching plan and interactive method based on real-time dispatching plan. It is helpful to promote energy-saving and reducing.Finally, in order to solve the problems that information processing capacityof traditional centralized computing platform of power system will not beenough to cope with huge amounts of data storage, drawing lessons from the ITindustry of cloud computing technology, a smart grid computing platform basedon cloud computing and a framework of interactive and energy-saving optimaldispatch based on cloud computing are designed.In conclusion, this paper focuses on the interactive and energy-savingoptimal dispatch in smart grid, several theory methods are proposed. The workof this paper could provide some guide for further research of the technology ofsmart gird in the future.
