With the development of civil aviation,the resources for ensuring airport flights are increasingly strained.The operating support units involved in the process are complicated.Obviously,traditional apron control methods can no longer guarantee the safety and efficiency of aircraft operations.With limited ground support resources,in order to improve the safety and security of flights and improve the efficiency of the apron operation,the airport began to be responsible for the control of aircraft operating on the apron.On the other hand,the U-shaped area of the terminal building has always been the focus of the apron blind area.It can be described as the focus and difficulty of the traditional apron control.After the transfer of the apron control,the U-shaped area of the terminal building can be optimized to become a new research topic..This paper first expounds the operating status and problems of the aircraft apron in the case of air traffic control apron in our country,discusses the related theories of control transfer through the study of domestic and foreign literature,and summarizes the examples of airports that have been handed over and are being handed over.According to the airport’s runway,taxiway and apron layout analysis,combined with the comprehensive strength of the airport and the control strategies,operating regulations and norms in the control process,the procedures and models for the transfer of apron control are studied.Secondly,through the reference and induction of relevant documents,the U-shaped area of the aircraft is classified,the operating characteristics and influencing factors are studied,and the delay time of the aircraft in the U-shaped area is established.The optimization strategy of U-zone operation efficiency after the transfer of apron control was analyzed and simulated with simmod software.Finally,Shanghai Hongqiao Airport is selected for example analysis and modeling simulation.It is hoped that this paper can provide some theoretical support and reference value for the airport that is planning or planning the transfer of the apron control,and provide some strategies for the optimization of the apron,especially the U-shaped area of the terminal building.
