The modern large-scale civil aircraft cargo freight loading system assumes the role of cargo ingress and egress cabin deck and positioning of cargo.The maintenance design of the new cargo freight loading system can effectively reduce maintenance time and ultimately reduce airline operating costs.The maintainability of the cargo freight loading system of civil aircraft directly affects the efficiency of maintenance operations,In order to improve the maintenance operation efficiency of the cargo freight loading system and reduce the maintenance time,it is necessary to carry out quantitative maintenance design and analysis of the maintenance design scheme of the cargo freight loading system and establish a maintenance-based guarantee scheme.First of all,analyzes and models a new cargo freight loading system of Boeing 777 F freighter by collecting a large amount of data,constructing a virtual maintenance scenario,and preparing for maintenance analysis.Then,according to the requirements of maintainability design,Using the combined analytic hierarchy process to determine the maintainability distribution method of qualitative attribute importance weighting as a weighting factor,through quantitative analysis and comparison of the six schemes that rank the importance of the three qualitative indicators representing the maintenance process attributes that affect the maintainability design.The qualitative attribute importance ranking scheme when the repair time is minimum is obtained and the average repair time of the freight system is obtained.The order of importance of the attributes of the maintenance process is obtained as accessibility> operability> test and diagnostic characteristics.In addition,By comparing the repair time of this type of freight system in parallel failure mode,the rationality of the conclusion is verified.Then,for the field maintenance operations,raised accessibility and operability design requirements by freight loading system.Using DELMIA virtual simulation platform to verification the Visual accessibility and operating space accessibility of the system,and combine with the quantitative results of the kinetic analysis method,compared the influence of accessibility design on operability.Finally,taking the system availability as the goal,a maintenance-based cargo freight loading system guarantee scheme algorithm was established,and the maintenance level,maintenance strategy,number of spare parts,and staffing of the freight system were determined.Through the research,Establish the maintenance design method and guarantee scheme design method of cargo freight loading system.Reduced maintenance time and improved maintenance efficiency during the guarantee period.
