In recent years,With the development of the aviation industry and the increase of fleet sizes.It is very important to improving the operational reliability of the aircraft safety.With the accumulation of aviation maintenance data and the rapidly development of data mining technology,So that the reliability analysis based on data-driven has gained more and more extensive attention and research.The Integrated Drive Generator(IDG)as the main power source of the electrical power system,its performance status was related to the safe operation of the aircraft.Therefore,the research on reliability and maintenance methods based on IDG component fault maintenance data is great significance to improve the aircraft reliability.This paper first introduces definition,factors and common indicators of reliability basic theories.Combined with the characteristics of aircraft IDG component maintenance data,described the data collection,data processing,and reliability analysis.Secondly,based on the historical maintenance data of the B737 aircraft,using the K-M estimation method and MATLAB software to analyze the life distribution was obey the Weibull distribution,estimating the scale and shape parameters by the EM algorithm of the random censorship,comparing with the Censored and Complete Data,the analysis results show that there are much higher accuracy in the considering censored data under the weibull distribution.Thirdly,taking the failure cause,failure phenomenon,failure time etc as the research objects,establishing association rule analysis model by improved Apriori algorithm based on multi-valued attributes.and then mining the association rules for pre-processed maintenance data.The results show that most failures of IDG components are related to the operation of the oil system.Lastly,combined with the working mechanism of IDG components to analyze the specific impact of the oil system on IDG,and then analysis the oil system reliability.Draw relevant repair recommendations,in order to improve aircraft reliability.This paper was driven by historical fault maintenance data,based on basic reliability theories and analysis methods.Then combined with statistics,data mining,and comparative analysis to study the reliability of aircraft IDG components.This paper can provide reference for improving the reliability and in-depth maintenance capability of aircraft in China.
