| The airport runway is the most important infrastructure for airport operations.The bearing capacity of the airport runway directly decides the aircraft’s operational safety.Therefore,the assessment of airport runway health and the detection of bearing capacity have always been the most concerned problem by civil aviation management departments.At present,the FWD testing technology is mostly used in the assessment of runway bearing capacity at home and abroad.However,this method has the disadvantages of suspension of traffic and insufficient depth of drop hammer simulated load dynamic response.Therefore,the evaluation of runway bearing capacity under the action of aircraft loads has always been a technical problem.This paper,with the support of the NSCC-TJ,through the combination of theoretical analysis and finite element simulation,an aircraft runway bearing capacity analysis model based on displacement field perception is established to realize the evaluation of the runway bearing capacity under the condition of the aircraft running.The research results provide a theoretical reference for the evaluation of airport runway bearing capacity.The specific research contents and results are as follows:1.With reference to the existing internal detection sensor technology of civil engineering structures,it is proposed to lay the embedded displacement sensor in the relevant section of the relevant location of the airport pavement to sense the real-time dynamic displacement signal of the pavement under the load of the aircraft.2.Use ANSYS simulation to generate pavement roughness values under different pavement level IRI values,and use this value as an excitation source to constrain the aircraft model.Solve to obtain the random moving load of the aircraft on the runway.Random loads are loaded on the pavement structure finite element model to simulate the process of the aircraft rolling on the runway,and finally the dynamic response analysis of the pavement structure under the action of the aircraft load is realized.3.Based on the established model,the dynamic displacement changes of the pavement structure during the process of aircraft moving load are calculated and analyzed.The influences of surface layer thickness,surface layer modulus,base layer thickness,base layer modulus,and soil base modulus on the pavement displacement field were discussed.4.Based on a large number of finite element calculations and regression analysis,a mathematical relationship between vertical displacement and soil-based rebound modulus is established,and a runway bearing capacity analysis model based on displacement field is proposed.The PCN value of the pavement bearing capacity can be retrieved from the measured dynamic displacement value,so as to realize the real-time evaluation of the bearing capacity of the runway. |
