With the emergence of emerging industries such as cross-border e-commerce and express delivery,the air transportation industry has developed rapidly,and the air cargo network as a channel for transportation has undergone big changes..The current freight network is mainly a cargo network consisting of belly-cabin cargo.The passenger network overlaps with the freight network.Due to the increasing demand for timeliness of air cargo transportation by customers,airlines are limited by the time of passenger aircraft.The arrangement is not convenient for organizing the cargo,which has caused many problems,such as extremely unbalanced round-trip traffic on some flight segments.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the traffic imbalance by organizing and coordinating the network to ensure the maximum utilization of the entire network and achieve customer satisfaction.This article takes HNA Express cargo network as the research object,combines the complex network theory and the four-stage method to analyze the existing network characteristics and existing problems,establish a two-layer model to optimize the network,and propose corresponding network optimization measures and suggestions.Firstly,the current situation analysis,statistical characteristics analysis and problem analysis of HNA Express network are carried out.Among them,the statistical characteristic analysis uses the complex network theory method,and the problem analysis uses the traffic four-stage method.In this way,the main problems of the HNA Express Network and the directions for solving the problems are put forward based on the questions.Secondly,aiming at the existing problems of HNA Express network,taking the customer satisfaction and network utilization as the optimization goals,a two-layer model is constructed,and the model is solved by the MOPSO algorithm.Finally,according to the solution results,corresponding network optimization measures and improvement suggestions are proposed.
