With the steady development of international trade,the global logistics industry continues to expand,and the size of the air transport industry has also grown.More and more cargo airlines have been established.Large-scale logistics transportation brings opportunities and challenges to the air cargo industry.The Boeing 777 freighter is the main model of long-distance freight route.Therefore,taking this cargo aircraft as an example to research.The visualization system for cargo loading process of cargo aircraft has the functions of simulating loading and remote monitoring.When using the simulated loading function,users can simulate loading operations of cargo aircraft through the control panel in the visual interface.Related departments can use this function for scenarios display and staff training,it is helpful for operators to get familiar with the structure inside the cargo aircraft and catch the specific operations of cargo loading in cargo aircraft.When using remote monitoring function,the system can display remote cargo loading operation process in in real time.It is helpful for related departments to intuitively and quickly grasp cargo loading information,improve the management efficiency and ensure the safety of cargo loading in cargo aircraft.On the basis of fully understanding the research status of visualization technology and the actual operation process of cargo loading system,the functional requirements and performance requirements of visualization system are analyzed in detail.Collect and sort out the data related to cargo loading system of cargo aircraft,analyze the unit load device loading layout and cargo loading process of main cargo compartment of cargo aircraft.In the research process,CATIA was used for 3D modeling to make the 3D model required by the visualization system of cargo loading process of cargo aircraft,and exported as STL format file;the model file is imported into 3DMAX for texture rendering,animation production and format conversion to obtain FBX format file.FBX file can be imported into Unity3 D,and Unity3 D is used for system development,thereby building a high immersion and good interaction visualization system for cargo aircraft loading system.Finally,the system is tested to verify that the function and performance of the system can meet the requirements.
