| As the level of national production continues to increase,so does the demand for freight.Air cargo holds a large market share with its unique advantages.The design of the cargo hold loading control system of the aircraft can meet the operational requirements of contemporary high-speed logistics and greatly reduce the cost of air transportation.For large aircraft independently researched and developed by China,the cargo hold control system is an indispensable part,and there are relatively few domestic research data on cargo hold loading systems.Therefore,the research on the aircraft cargo hold loading control system has become an important issue to be studied and solved urgently.In this thesis,the design of aircraft cargo hold loading control system is studied,an automatic loading control system is designed,and its topology,application layer protocol and communication matrix are formulated and relevant simulation analysis is carried out.The main contents are as follows:1.A cargo hold loading control system is designed.After studying the relevant domestic and foreign literature,the design of the aircraft cargo compartment loading control system is divided into the following three parts: mechanical subsystem,control subsystem and drive subsystem from the aspects of its composition,functions of each part and system control logic.According to the process of cargo loading,the controller composition and its interaction signal and reserved interface are designed.2.A topology structure suitable for aircraft cargo hold loading control system is designed,and a calculation method of bus load is proposed.Based on the analysis of the communication demand of cargo compartment loading control system,three kinds of topological structure design schemes of cargo compartment loading control system are proposed.By studying the calculation method of bus load,a bus load calculation method suitable for cargo compartment loading control system is designed,and the bus loads of three topological structures are calculated.Finally,the appropriate topology scheme is selected.3.Completed the formulation of the application layer protocol and communication matrix of the aircraft cargo compartment loading control system,and conducted simulation analysis on the communication process of the system.There are mainly the following two aspects:1)The CAN bus application layer protocol SAE J1939,which has been widely used,was selected to develop the system application layer,and the protocol message formulation,content design rules and message interpretation were studied in detail.On this basis,the communication matrix of cargo compartment loading control system is developed.Firstly,the address of the control node is assigned,and then the message information frame in the system is encoded according to the specification of message in SAE J1939 communication protocol.Finally,the data domain information is supplemented.2)The bus simulation of the system is completed by CANoe software.The communication control process of the system is simulated according to the four steps of developing database,designing simulation panel,node function realization and simulation result analysis.The results show that the bus load of the cargo compartment load control system can meet the design requirements and achieve the desired design effect.Through the combination of theory and simulation,this paper firstly designs a set of control system for cargo compartment loading,then designs its topology structure,application layer protocol,communication matrix,etc.,selects the best topology plan,and conducts simulation analysis on the communication process of cargo compartment loading in the control system.The practicability and reliability of the system are verified by comparing the simulation results with the theoretical calculation data.To a certain extent,it provides reference for China to independently develop the aircraft cargo compartment loading control system. |
