Research On The Cooperative Management Of Chinese Airlines And Foreign Airlines Based On The Joint Venture

Economic globalization continuously accelerated,and the diversification of aviation passenger travel demand,in the face of increasingly scarce resources and environment,cooperation between the airlines model grows,however,the mode of joint cooperation is not fully mature,so in the process of cooperation,there is uncertainty and risk.In this case,the airline in China is put forward based on the joint mode to cooperate with foreign airlines of the existing problems,analyze and identify factors affecting aviation joint cooperation is the key.This is good for airlines to reduce uncertainty in the process of cooperation and reduce risk.On the overall development of the aviation joint to the overall strategic planning,so as to make the airline cooperation pattern optimization.Using the decision laboratory analysis method and the explanatory structural model method,the influencing factors of the aviation joint venture cooperation and the internal and causal relationships between the factors are studied.Based on the development stage of aviation joint venture,16 factors influencing the cooperation of aviation joint venture were identified,and an analysis model of the factors influencing the cooperation of aviation joint venture was established by using DEMATEL-ISM method.Finally,based on the multi-level hierarchical structure model,the direct influencing factors,indirect influencing factors and fundamental influencing factors are identified.It is concluded that risk management and learning management are the fundamental factors affecting Chinese airlines and foreign airlines under the joint venture model.For aviation joint based on its own resources type may face the risk of risk management strategy is put forward,and the joint cooperation in aviation learning ability influence model to improve learning ability in the recommendations related to strategy,for Chinese airlines and foreign airlines based on joint cooperation mode for reference.
