With the expansion of the scale of construction projects,the increase in technical complexity,and the increasing requirements of the owners,the traditional project delivery model has revealed many difficult to reconcile problems,and the emergence of the IPD model(integrated project delivery model)provides a new solution for the construction industry Ideas have gradually become the development direction of the construction industry at home and abroad.The IPD model requires a high degree of cooperation among all participants,and BIM technology will provide important technical support for it,effectively realize the highly integrated sharing of project information,and promote the collaborative work of all professionals in the project.However,due to many problems in the current industry environment,laws and regulations,technological development,and IPD model organization and management,it is difficult for BIM to be fully applied.In order to enhance the application value of BIM in the IPD model,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on its influencing factors and provide an orderly solution.First of all,on the basis of defining and combing related concepts,this article explains the necessity and feasibility of BIM in the IPD model.Through analyzing its application in different delivery models,it summarizes the traditional delivery model and the integrated project delivery model.Different points in the application.By constructing a project value chain model,the application value of BIM is analyzed in detail from two aspects of basic value activities and auxiliary value activities,and a BIM-based IPD project value chain model is constructed according to its application value.At the same time,select project cases of typical integrated delivery models for research,and analyze the application value of BIM from the actual situation based on the value chain model to illustrate the practical significance and rationality of the theoretical model.Then through the analysis of the BIM application situation and problems in 16 reference cases,the application problems are explored from the three levels of standards and environment,BIM technology,personnel and organization,and further explain the necessity of researching the influence factors of application value and promote the comprehensiveness of BIM.application.Secondly,based on the analysis of the application value in the previous article,from the project perspective and combined with the literature research method and expert interview method,20 factors affecting the application value of BIM in IPD were identified and corrected,and based on the TOE framework theory from the environment,technology,organization Management and organization personnel are classified at four levels.Further use the integrated DEMATEL-ISM method to analyze the importance and the relationship between the influencing factors.After data analysis,the characteristic quantities and multi-level structure hierarchical model of each influencing factor are obtained,and the importance,causality and Interpreted the structural model analysis and finally determined 7 key influencing factors: BIM standard perfection,BIM related legal perfection,policy and financial support,contract guarantee,BIM cost and benefit,BIM information transmission quality,IPD team quality.Finally,based on the importance and hierarchical relationship of the influencing factors obtained in this article,specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the three dimensions of application environment,technology,and internal organization,so as to provide reference and reference for realizing the full play and promotion of application value,and then promote BIM Coordinated development with IPD model.
