With the continuous improvement of economic level,quality of life and spiritual needs,and the continuous development of the packaging industry,people's demand for beer,cola,milk and other soft drinks products continues to increase,and the production scale of products has also continued to expand.In order to meet the growing market demand for labeling machines and higher requirements for labeling speed and labeling quality,this paper studied the process method of high-speed rotary cold-glue labeling station and the optimization scheme of key parameters,and developed the whole machine of 60-8-8 labeling station.Firstly,the working principle of rotary labeler and the supply process of cold glue labeling station are analyzed.In order to make the glue on the label board thin and uniform,and the label paper does not wrinkle and tear,In order to make the glue on the label board thin and uniform,and the label paper does not wrinkle and tear,it is proposed that the label board should be purely rolled between the glue roller and the plane of the label paper.And in the process of taking the label paper away,the label paper is always kept straight and not torn.Based on these conditions,the mathematoical models of label board's movement process at the gluing,taking and clamping positions are established.Due to the limitation of space structure of the stations,it is impossible to keep the tangent between the label board and the glue roller without tangential sliding,and it is also impossible to keep the tangent between the label board and the label paper without directional displacement.Therefore,with the help of genetic algorithm and mathematical models,the maximum normal displacement of the label board is taken as the goal,and the radius and eccentricity of the label board are optimized and solved;the maximum tangential sliding between the label board and the glue roller is taken as the target,the radius of glue roller and the transmission ratio between glue roller and clamping turnplate are optimizedThen the parameters of the transmission mechanism consisting of a CAM,fan gear,and pinion are designed,and the overall layout of the three working stations of the labeling station is determined.According to the mathematical model of the three stations,the corresponding CAM curve segments of the three stations are obtained in turn,and the quadratic B-spline curve is used to connect the CAM curves of each station,thus the complete CAM curve is obtained.Finally,the three-dimensional model of the labeling station is established and its motion is simulated and verified.The prototype of the labeling station is manufactured,and the prototype is put into trial operation.The prototype can run stably for a long time at high speed,which proves the rationality and feasibility of the process of each station.Through the research of the high-speed rotary cold-glue labeling station,this paper improves the labeling speed and labeling quality of the labeling station,and also provides ideas and reference for the design of other types of labeling machines.
