Since the 21st century,with the rapid development of Chinese economy,the proportion of construction industry in the national economy also increases.However,with the maturity of construction technology,the scale of the project has gradually expanded.The characteristics of long construction period,high cost and uncontrollable factors are increasingly prominent.Production needs cannot be meet by traditional time-cost optimization methods.In view of the above problems,this paper makes the following innovative research on the existing duration-cost optimization model.First of all,based on the previous research,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of construction period and cost by considering the planning and production characteristics of construction projects.The relationship curve between construction period and cost is established and and according to the characteristics of the algorithm to modify the calculation formula,so that it can be used as the mathematical basis of the algorithm.Secondly,genetic algorithm is introduced in this paper to solve the problem that the current optimization strategy cannot meet the needs of large-scale construction.And the coding method,genetic mechanism and data processing method of genetic algorithm are improved and designed.In order to solve the problem of unstable results in genetic algorithm optimization,this paper introduces the quantum computing theory into the genetic algorithm,and innovatively establishes the model of application of quantum genetic algorithm to optimize the duration-cost problem.By changing the coding form,evolution strategy,etc.,the flow of optimization algorithm is rearranged.And MATLAB2016 b serves as a platform to improve the algorithm programming.Through the investigation of the actual engineering data,the optimization model of the two algorithms is verified,and the results are compared and analyzed.Experiments show that the two algorithms are reasonable and effective in dealing with complex and multi-objective optimization problems.And the performance of quantum genetic algorithm is better than that of genetic algorithm.Finally,this paper innovatively proposed the idea of docking algorithm with BIMplatform,introduced concepts and methods such as virtual construction and collision inspection,and constructed a 5D optimization model for construction period of building projects with both optimization and simulation functions.
