With socialist market economic system is set up, reforming the field of engineering construction investment system, the project legal person responsibility system and the introduction of contract system works, how to aim in the book to complete the construction projects, reduce project costs, improve economic efficiency, has become a investors in the current project contractors and engineering issues of common concern.To this end, first of all to deal with construction projects and aim to carry out careful study argues that the development of scientific and reasonable construction period and construction schedule, construction schedule should be planned in accordance with the construction of various resources required to carry out the specific planning, co-ordination arrangements rational use.Construction projects are the construction of factors of production combined with the reality of the place, in ensuring the project, under the premise of quality, how to save the cost of inputs, to create a satisfactory cost-effectiveness, and to maximize the completion of construction are good for each construction project. therefore, the construction of the project plans to study the progress of more practical significance.Large-scale water conservancy construction, because of long duration, high investment, many processes, construction of the complex, and highly vulnerable to the effects of natural conditions, thus the progress of plans to formulate its construction is a very complex task, which is the difficult construction organization design .At the same time, the lack of effective progress of the construction plan optimization theory and methods of restricting the level of construction management. In this paper, optimization of water conservancy project construction schedule and control the theoretical analysis are applied research.The main conclusion is as follows:1. Through the theory of genetic algorithms and water conservancy project construction period, cost, quality optimization studies and their results are analyzed and summarized the various activities carried out to quantify the quality of treatment, the quality of the whole characterization of water conservancy projects for the a function of the quality of activity, together with the project, set up costs with the actual project construction schedule, cost, quality optimization of the mathematical model, at the same time, in order to look for a short period, low cost, excellent quality of such a balance, combined with genetic algorithm optimization of the intelligent search technology, made the three quantitative methods of optimization.2. The analysis of genetic algorithm based on the quality of the project and the cost limit of the shortest duration, limited to projects under construction and the quality of the lowest costs, limit the duration and cost of the project under the highest quality single-objective optimization, based on research-based multi-objective genetic algorithm construction of water conservancy project construction, cost, quality optimization solutions using multi-objective genetic algorithm for the construction, cost, quality optimization problem.3.
