Research On Technology Capability Evaluation Of Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Transformation Orientation

In recent years,with the innovation of modern technology,the manufacturing industry in the world has changed to a large extent.In the fierce competition of enterprises,technological capability will play an increasingly important role.Compared with the developed countries,there is a big gap in the technology research and application of manufacturing enterprises in China,which seriously hinders the development of manufacturing enterprises in China.Therefore,China’s manufacturing enterprises need to carry out structural adjustment and enterprise transformation according to the status quo of technological capabilities.Whether we can accurately understand and reasonably improve the technological capabilities of enterprises will directly affect the results of transformation.This paper will take manufacturing enterprises as the research object,from the perspective of transformation orientation,take qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze and study the technological capability of enterprises.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,we collect relevant literature on the transformation of manufacturing enterprises,technological capabilities of enterprises and the relationship between them,analyze the current situation at home and abroad,and provide theoretical support for this study.Secondly,according to the literature research and relationship analysis of manufacturing enterprise transformation and manufacturing enterprise technology capability,the benchmarking management method,entropy weight method and data envelopment method are combined to build the evaluation method of manufacturing enterprise transformation oriented technology capability with manufacturing enterprise technology capability as input and manufacturing enterprise transformation as output.Moreover,referring to the previous literature,combined with the practical operation process of manufacturing enterprises,this paper puts forward five elements and 23 indexes of manufacturing enterprise transformation,six elements and 13 indexes of manufacturing enterprise technological capability,and sets up the evaluation index system ofmanufacturing enterprise transformation and manufacturing enterprise technological capability respectively.Finally,this paper selects Tianye Tonglian company with transformation tendency as the research object.From 2013 to 2016,38 successful manufacturing enterprises were selected as benchmark enterprises,compared with one Tianye Tonglian company,a total of 39 formed a sample set.Collect the relevant data of all sample enterprises one year before the transformation,and use SPSS 23.0 and dea-solver pro5 to conduct empirical research on 39 sample enterprises to verify the feasibility of the evaluation method.According to the results,the paper analyzes the relative level of transformation oriented technical ability of tianyetonglian and benchmarking enterprises,judges whether the current situation of tianyetonglian’s technical ability is enough to support the transformation of enterprises,finds out the shortcomings of tianyetonglian’s technical ability,and puts forward feasible suggestions.
