Analysis And Research On Operation Efficiency Of Power Supply Companies Based On Data Envelopment Analysis Method

Operational benefit analysis is the vane of benign development of any company.As the largest power grid company group in China,the production and internal operation of the State Grid Corporation is complex and regional,and closely combined with the characteristics of power grid production,which is different from other productive or operational companies,and this is given points.It is difficult to analyze the operation benefit of the State Grid Corporation of China.By choosing the appropriate operational efficiency analysis method and model,this paper can accurately and reliably analyze the current development status and future development trend of the State Grid Corporation of China,which will provide the planning and development,technical transformation,equipment operation and market finance for the future power grid enterprises.A series of state-owned enterprises' plans to integrate into the market provide a theoretical reference.Through the operation benefit analysis of the power grid company,we can know the advantages and weaknesses of the company's business development,so that the State Grid Corporation can carry forward the advantages of the tradition,weaknesses and related businesses for more detailed analysis and improvement,thus improving the overall operation level of the power grid company.In order to make an accurate and reliable analysis of the current operating benefits of the Power Grid Corp,it provides a theoretical reference for the company's leadership to make a decision on the future of the company.The Power Grid Corp set up an operation monitoring center to collect data produced by the company in the production and non production departments,and to integrate these data across the profession,and On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of power grid operation,performance analysis and actual data,the index which can reflect the operating characteristics of the Power Grid Corp is selected as the basis for the analysis and prediction of the operation benefit of the regional power grid,and the suitable analysis method is used to analyze the index.This paper first introduces the concept and significance of enterprise operation performance management,and gives a detailed description of the merits and demerits of performance management evaluation methods such as EVA evaluation,balanced scorecard and principal component analysis.On this basis,the core concepts and applications of the introduction of data envelopment analysis(DEA)are introduced.The model is well paved,then the model and model in the data envelopment analysis are derived,and the difference between the two models in evaluating the performance of the enterprise is briefly explained.In this paper,the operation performance of the Power Grid Corp is taken as the research object,and the model is finally selected toanalyze the operation efficiency of the power grid enterprise.Taking Fushun Power Grid Company as an example,this paper analyzes the operation performance of the enterprise according to the monthly report data of the operation monitoring center for one year.In the mathematical model,the model in the data envelopment analysis method is used.In the past year,the total assets,operating cash flow,operating cost,power purchase cost,transmission and distribution cost,flow asset turnover,operating income,monthly sale of electricity in the past one year cycle are 1 in the DEA efficiency value unit(DMU).Income,economic value added,total profit and comprehensive voltage qualification rate.This has affected the continuous improvement of the operation efficiency of Fushun Power Grid Corp,and needs to be emphasized in the future operation of the company.This paper analyzes and summarizes the indexes of enterprise benefit evaluation by data envelopment analysis(DEA),and clearly calculates what indexes lead to the reduction of enterprise operation efficiency and thus improve it.On the basis of the analysis,it puts forward rationalization proposals for the enterprise development and strategic direction.
