Due to multi teeth meshing and the compact design in structure,the swing teeth transmission with two teeth differential system conforms to the development trend of reducer towards high stability and lightweight,which makes it has a wide application prospect.However,under the continuous load for a long time,the tooth surface is easy to produce fatigue damage,which affects the transmission performance of the whole system.Therefore,it is necessary to study the tooth profile modification of the movable teeth to change the contact state of the tooth surface and master the influence of the modification on the dynamic performance of the system.In this paper,the tooth profile modification of the swing teeth transmission with two teeth differential system and the change of the dynamic characteristics of the system are studied.Combine with the principle of tooth profile modification,establishing the force analysis model of meshing pair to get elastic deformation of meshing pair.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the modification clearance and the change trend of elastic deformation,he method of tooth profile modification is determined,and the value of tooth profile modification is obtained from improving the contact state of tooth surface.According to the value of tooth profile modification,the contact force and stress of the meshing pair before and after the modification of the swing tooth system and the change of Time-varying mesh stiffness are analyzed.Based on lumped mass approach,the analysis model of system dynamic is established.By introducing the relative displacement of the components before and after the modification and the time-varying meshing stiffness of the meshing pair,and solving the characteristic equation of the dynamic model,the change of the natural frequency and modal shape of the system before and after the modification are analyzed.On this basis,the modal strain energy of the meshing pair is calculated,and the influence of tooth profile modification on the inherent characteristics of the system is clarified.Based on the analysis of the internal damping type of the system,combined with the Newmark's sliding block method,the differential equation forced vibration differential equation of the transmission system of the swing teeth is solved,and the influence of the modification on the forced vibration response of the system components is analyzed.Combined with the vibration response of the components,the transfer path of dynamic error of the system is analyzed,and the dynamic transfer error of the system output components after the modification is calculated,and the change of the dynamic transfer error before and after the modification is analyzed.The virtual prototype of the swing teeth system is established by SOLIDWORKS.The kinematics and dynamics of the virtual prototype are analyzed by ADAMS and ANSYS WORKBENCH.The influence of tooth profile modification on the output and dynamics characteristics of the system is simulated and analyzed to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.The research results of this paper provide theoretical guidance for the study of the tooth profile modification of the swing teeth with two teeth differential,and provide technical support for the study of the influence of the modification of the tooth profile on the dynamic performance of the system.
