Outer-generater swing-rod movable tooth transmission is a form of movable tooth transmission,not only have a series of advantages witch the traditional movable tooth have such as strong bearing capacity,high transmission efficiency,compact structure and range transmission ratio,compared with the iner-generater form,but also have the characteristics of convenient tooth profile processing,accuracy tooth profile and tooth surface hardness.In order to adapt to the trend of heavier load and high speed,to rich types of reducer and to the development of high efficiency and high performance gear reducer,this paper based on the theory,respectively study the transmission tooth profile,the tooth profile characteristics,transmission couping stiffness and the virtual prototype simulation,finally made the physical prototype.At first,referring to the design process of CAM,in this paper,cycloid movement rule was applied to the outer-generater tooth profile equation,according to the principle of transmission,the corresponding center of the gear teeth shape equation is deduced.The outer-generater's working tooth profile is deduced,according to analytic geometry.Realized the parameterized design of swing rod movable tooth profile,and lay the foundation for tooth profile characteristic research and coupling stiffness study.Based on parametric equation,and the characteristics of outer-generater swing-rod movable teeth transmission profile was studied,and derived the formula of radius of curvature of center tooth profile.and the conditions of avoiding tooth profile interfere is made.According to the transmission process,the angle of pressure of generater to movable teeth and the angle of movable teeth to center,were derived,and the calculation analysis is given.To study the vibration characteristics in the process of movable teeth transmission with the rotor dynamics theory,this paper put forward the concept of movable teeth transmission coupling stiffness,based on the parametric equations of tooth profile and the tooth profile characteristic equations.Establish and solve the mathematical modeling for the law of stiffness variation in the process of generater-tooth-center wheel gearing.And analyzed the influence of structural parameters changing on coupling stiffness.Lay a foundation for rotor dynamics study and improving the system vibration characteristics.First of all,adopt the virtual prototype technology to verify the feasibility of the designed outer-generater swing-rod movable tooth transmission prototype established in Solid Works.In Adams,kinematis simulation verify the accuracy and stability of the transmission ratio.In Ansys workbench the simulation of virtual prototype of contact stress and strain in the gearing process is made to ensure the strength of the prototype requirements.In the end,draw cad with reasonable choice precision level and tolerance matching,complete physical prototype's machining and assembly.
