Because of its unique structure,sine movable tooth drive has the advantages of compact structure,large transmission ratio,high bearing capacity,high transmission efficiency and simple processing technology.It has a wide application prospect in the fields of petroleum,robot,aerospace and other technologies that require compact structure and large bearing capacity.In this paper,the assembled two-stage sine movable tooth drive is proposed,and the efficiency of the system is studied.This paper puts forward the assembled two-stage sine movable tooth transmission,calculates the transmission ratio of single-stage and double-stage sine movable tooth transmission system,studies the meshing characteristics of the sine movable tooth transmission system,analyzes the continuous transmission conditions,deduces the tooth profile equation,calculates the induced normal curvature,the angle between the contact line and the relative speed and the main curvature,and analyzes the change rule of the meshing characteristics of the transmission system with the transmission parameters.The results show that there is no boundary point in the sine movable teeth transmission system,the induced normal curvature between the movable teeth and the central axis or the shell is negative,and the angle between the contact line between the central axis and the movable teeth and the relative speed is close to 90°.The formulas for calculating the relative sliding speed and sliding rate of the sine movable teeth transmission system,the thickness of the wearing layer of the meshing pair and the minimum oil film thickness are derived.The distribution law of the sliding rate,the thickness of the wearing layer and the minimum oil film thickness of the transmission system are analyzed,as well as the variation law with the transmission parameters.The results show that the sliding rate,the thickness of wear layer and the minimum oil film thickness of the transmission system are distributed periodically with the meshing position angle,and the oil film thickness of the second stage transmission pair is too small and seriously worn,which should be paid special attention in the design.The calculation formula of meshing efficiency of single and double stage sinemovable teeth transmission system is derived.The change of meshing efficiency with transmission parameters is studied.The results show that the average transmission efficiency of single-stage sinusoidal movable teeth drive system is 91.94% under full film lubrication,82.86% under film lubrication,and 61.99% under double-stage sinusoidal movable teeth drive system.The three-dimensional model of sine movable tooth transmission system is established,and the three-dimensional model is redeveloped by UG.The analysis and calculation software of the sine movable tooth drive system is designed,the prototype of the single and double stage sine movable tooth drive system is developed,and the efficiency experiment is carried out.The results show that the error between the experimental value and the calculated value of the transmission efficiency of the single-stage movable teeth transmission system is 0.73%,and the error between the experimental value and the calculated value of the transmission efficiency of the double-stage movable teeth transmission system is 7.3%,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
