Movable teeth drive has the advantages of wide transmission ratio,high transmission efficiency,small in size and small in structure and strong carrying capacity etc.At present,the research on push rod movable teeth transmission is mainly concentrated in the category of movable teeth transmission with one tooth difference.In this paper,the two-tooth differential push rod movable tooth transmission has all the advantages of the one-tooth differential push rod movable tooth transmission.The geometry of the shock wave actuator is symmetric about the center,which can realize self-balancing and has relatively high dynamic performance.In this paper,the structure composition and transmission principle of the two-tooth differential push rod movable tooth drive are described.Using the equivalent mechanism analysis method,the shock wave profile equation and the central gear profile equation of the movable teeth transmission are derived.The influence of each parameter on the minimum curvature radius and pressure angle is analyzed.The three-dimensional model of the movable tooth transmission was established by using SolidWorks software.The feasibility of the three-dimensional model was verified by using virtual prototype technology.The kinematics simulation of the movable teeth transmission is carried out by using Adams software,and the accuracy of the transmission ratio is verified.According to the condition of deformation coordination,the mechanical analysis model of movable tooth drive with two-tooth differential push rod is established;the calculation formula of the force is derived;the influence of the parameters on the meshing force is analyzed.According to the elastic mechanics theory,the formulas for calculating the stress of each meshing pair are derived.Using the finite element method,the strength analysis of each meshing pair of the two-tooth difference push rod movable tooth drive was carried out.According to Hertz contact theory,stiffness models of the meshing pair of shock wave and movable teeth and the meshing pair of center wheel and movable teeth are established respectively.By using MATLAB,the regularity how structure parameters of movable teeth drive can affect meshing stiffness is analyzed.The time-varying meshing stiffness is expressed by Fourier transform as the sum of the average meshing stiffness and the increment.Finally,the meshing stiffness increment of the meshing pair is analyzed in frequency domain.Considering the influence of time-varying stiffness,a coupled dynamic model of translation and torsion of movable teeth transmission with two-tooth differential push rod is established.According to Newton's second law,the dynamic equation of movable teeth transmission with two teeth difference push rod is derived,and the characteristic equation of the vibration of the transmission is obtained.The natural frequencies and modes of the transmission system are solved by using MATLAB software,and the modal analysis of the transmission mechanism is carried out.Based on derivative method,the sensitivity of natural frequency is analyzed.
