Design And Research Of Knowledge Base For Fault Diagnosis Expert System Of Gun Control Box

The gun control box controls the work of most parts of the gun control system.The fire control system controls the gun control system through the gun control box.It is connected with other components through cables to complete the start-up,adjustment,control,working condition conversion and display of the gun control system.When the gun control box fails,it is difficult to determine the fault,which seriously affects the formation of combat effectiveness of new equipment.For this reason,the design and research of the knowledge base of the fault diagnosis expert system of the gun control box is done in this paper.The main research contents are as follows:First,the knowledge acquisition of the expert system was studied.Knowledge acquisition through rough set and fault tree analysis solves the problem of difficult knowledge acquisition.Mainly using the resolution matrix to find the top event and fault location of the fault tree,this will enable detailed diagnosis of the fault.Then analyze the fault tree to find its minimum cut set,and finally determine the specific cause of the fault.Second,the expert system knowledge base was constructed.Knowledge is represented by the production rule representation;the database is built using the SQL Server 2012 database to store knowledge,and a control program is written in C# to complete the management and maintenance of the knowledge base.Again,the design of the inference engine was carried out.Through the study of rule matching and direction of the expert system,the design of the inference engine of the fault diagnosis expert system of the gun control cabinet was completed using the Rete matching algorithm and the forward reasoning method.The diagnosis of the fault was realized..Finally,the software design of the fault diagnosis expert system for the gun control box was completed.According to the structure of the expert system,various functional modules were designed,and the software of the fault diagnosis expert system of the gun control cabinet was developed using C# as the developmentlanguage and SQL Server 2012 database as data storage according to the workflow of the fault diagnosis expert system of the gun control cabinet.The platform makes the functional modules realized.
