The yaw stability control system for electric vehicles is an active safety technology.It can effectively prevent accidents and ensure that vehicles do not experience dangers such as tail flies and side slip when they lose stability.Now this active safety technology has become researcher the essential part of an electric vehicle.In terms of research the yaw stability of electric vehicles,foreign countries have started for many years and have obtained many theoretical results.There are also applications on many real vehicles.Many domestic universities and automobile manufacturers are also conducting related research,but many technologies are still blank.Therefore,the research in this area has a long way to go to improve vehicle stability,reduce traffic accidents,and benefit the society.In this paper,after consulting a large number of existing references and research results for the study of the control strategy for security and stability of electric vehicle active braking,the basic methods of vehicle modeling,the basic principles of the yaw stability control system,and the control strategies are described in detail.Finally,a simulation test was conducted on the designed yaw stability control system of the electric vehicle.The purpose of this paper is to design a yaw stability control system for electric vehicles to ensure the stability of vehicles under different working conditions.The full text first analyzes the vehicle dynamics,so as to establish a two-degree-of-freedom vehicle model and an electric vehicle model.Then,the factors affecting the yaw stability of the vehicle are analyzed,and the characteristic variables are selected as the control object to describe the stability of the vehicle.Based on differential braking and variable structure control theory,three control strategies with different emphasis are designed.Finally,a joint simulation was performed on the Car Sim and Simulink platforms to compare the vehicle without stability controller and the stability controller;in the Car Sim,the emergency double-shift line conditions and pavements with different adhesion coefficients were set;The curve of the oscillating speed and the lateral slip angle of the mass center as a function of time to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the yaw stability control strategy for electric vehicles.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the model,and the designed control strategy can effectively improve the yaw stability of the electric vehicle.It provides a reference method for the next step of theoretical research in this field,and also has certain reference value for real vehicle testing.
