This paper is based on the project(Guikegong.NO.12118015-7B)named “Development and application of the key parameters on-line monitoring system for large-size loaders during assembling process based on the cycle time” from Guangxi Science Research and Technology Development Program.Based on the research of wheel loader key parameters detection and research,on-line detection research for rotation angle and total cycling time of wheel loader is designed,and achieve the corresponding research results and conclusion.In this paper,the first and second chapter introduced the research significance,the progress about on-line detection in domestic and foreign and some hardware,software which used in this study.The third and fourth chapter had a research on the wheel loader rotation angle,total cycling time and data saving to database.The fifth chapter had a research on total cycling time filtering and automatic detection.The sixth summarized work of the study and outlook the sustainability of this research.This paper is based on the Lab VIEW virtual instrument thought and SQL database software,designed wheel loader rotation angle and total cycling time online detection system.Based on the mathematical software MATLAB and recognition algorithm,write wheel loader total cycling time automatic recognition program.Automatic recognition program can recognition bucket raise',bucket dump' and bucket lower' moment starting and ending point from signal which is gather total cycling time,at same time count bucket raise time,bucket dump time,bucket lower time and total cycling time.The program able to complete the recognition of total cycling time signal effectively.Based on the wavelet transform filtering wheel loader total cycling time signal,after filtering we can get smooth filtered total cycling time signal.Based on principle of mechanics and mathematical knowledge,designed a set of parallelogram mechanism which can measure wheel loader rotation angle,solve the program that wheel loader power transmission system have a small distance with front frame and rear frame joint point unable place a angle sensor.This paper realize the wheel loader rotation angle and parameters of total cycling time online detection,total cycling time automatic recognition detection and test data transmission in database.The detection system to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of enterprise,to strengthen the flexible ability of enterprise production line,to enlarge the degree of enterprise digital information,to enhance the cycle time of enterprise production,and boast the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise.
