As the important earth moving machine, working condition of the wheel loader is very worse in the most time. The operators of the wheel loader are usually working under long time and high strength. The comfortable temperature of the in-cab is very important for reduce the drivers tire and enhance the working efficiency. The air conditioner system of the loader will change the air system in the cab, it can adjust the air quality and quantity to achieve the comfortable standard, makes the temperature field of the wheel loader with the environment's change, and according with the most suitable operator's working state.Based on computational fluid mechanics and heat transfer theory, with the CFD software, the air conditioners refrigeration and the calefaction performance of one of the wheel loader is simulated in this thesis, according to the results of the simulation, the distributing condition of the cab's temperature is acquired, and based on the thermal comfortable theory, judgment of the temperature distribution of the cabin is provided.According to the national measure standard, the temperature distributing of the cabin is tested including the calefaction and the refrigeration performances. According to this test, it is found that the temperature in the one of the wheel loaders'cab satisfied the national standard and the result of the CFD simulation accord with the test result as well. According to the work of this thesis, it is found a numerical simulation method of temperature of wheel loader's cab.Based on the numerical simulation method of temperature, it is found the rule of the temperature distribution on the surface of the front windshield. According to the rule, the defrost effect of the air conditioner is acquired. The effect of the flow direction for the temperature distribution on the surface of the front windshield is analyzed. Combine the result of the simulation and the localization of the structure design, the ideal wind direction of the inlet is given.
