Internal high pressure forming technology is one of the future development direction of hollow component's the processing technology,it will be widely application in components manufacturing industry,such as automotive,aviation,aerospace and marine parts.For metal parts of the single section types of bending axis,through adopting of internal high pressure forming technology of processing,it that the difficulty of forming,improved traditional stamping,welding process of solder joint weld is not strong would can be reduce,and provide with many advantages,such as reducing weight,saving materials,increasing the intensity,is one of the main methods of reducing vehicle weight.Based on the internal high pressure forming technology,the exhaust flow changing tube have characteristic of light quality,high precision,material distribution uniformity,etc.Internal high pressure forming technology has the peculiarity of the organic whole,effectively avoid irregular weld,reduce the processing process,improve production technology,and has the broad application prospect.In this paper,the exhaust flow changing tube was chosen as the research object,through understand the principle of internal high pressure forming technology,and using the combination method of experiment and simulation analysis,research on the forming law of the internal high pressure of automobile exhaust in flow tube.First through the metal tensile test,obtain parameters of material mechanical properties,and with the aid of tube high pressure forming equipment,to carry out the study of the T-shape tube of internal high pressure forming experiments,acquisition key parameters what influence the forming quality through internal high pressure forming of tube.Based on this,establishment the finite element model of T-shape tube forming,by means of nonlinear finite element software DYNAFORM,to carry out the simulation analysis,compared the results of experimental with the results of simulation under the same working condition,and veracities the accuracy of internal high pressure forming finite element model and the accuracy of the numerical simulation analysis,on this basis,to explore the axial feeding,internal pressure,the back feed of middle head and friction coefficient on the forming for effect rule of quality of the T-shape tube.On this basis,the comprehensive analysis of the structure characteristics of the exhaust flow changing tube,to established finite element models of connection area of the exhaust flow changing tube,and to carry out numerical simulation analysis,research the influence law of the axial feeding,internal pressure,the back feed of middle head,friction coefficient for the quality of tube on the internal high pressure forming process.In this paper,the research have theory and experiment foundation,provide some reference for high pressure forming process of the exhaust flow changing tube,to broaden the application of internal high pressure forming technology in auto parts.
