Therefore, how to effectivelycontrol the forming quality, high pressure forming in the improvement of forming processhas been one of the hot and difficult topics at the present stage.In this paper, on the basis of a lot of domestic and foreign literature, the enterpriseprovides the front sub-frame as the research object, aiming at the forming of wallthickness, wrinkling, use AUTOFORM software to simulate.Firstly, analysis of the relevant parameters of the component finite elementsimulation settings in the influence on the forming results.Secondly, selection of tube blank, the relevant parameters were determined, formingsimulation of bending were carried out, through the analysis and comparison of prebending elbow, the rational curve was selected.Then, focus on the parts of the pre forming process, process parameters weredetermined, the forming die is designed, gives three kinds of preformed scheme. Throughsimulation, analysis and comparison, to obtain a reasonable scheme, and the springbackanalysisFinally, the research of internal high pressure forming process of pre-form, the mold,the loading path for the design, the front sub-frame qualified. |
