With the rapid development of high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage power grids,people are increasingly considering whether high-voltage power equipment is harmful to the surrounding environment.Power workers who have been working in high-voltage electric fields for a long time and residents living near high-voltage substations are particularly concerned about whether the electric field environment is harmful to their health.Although there is no consistent conclusion on the impact of the power frequency electric field on the human body,it has caused a huge psychological shadow on people.In addition,the electric field around the substation will change due to actions such as power dispatching of the substation and breaker switching during short-circuit faults.Therefore,the measurement of the spatial distribution characteristics of the power frequency electric field near the substation is of great significance in guiding the optimization of the electric field environment around the substation and studying the coupling mechanism between the electric field and the equipment operating state of the substation.However,the traditional handheld testing equipment has limited detection capabilities and cannot measure the power frequency electric field of a substation for a long time.With the development of Internet remote monitoring technology,this paper applies the new technology of remote measurement to the solution for monitoring the electric field strength of the substation,realizing the real-time monitoring of the electric field around the substation,and improving the detection efficiency.The management software can realize the display,recording and automatic analysis of the electric field information of each substation,and then provide decision-making assistance and data support for the responsible personnel of the substation or scientific researchers.According to the process and management mechanism of substation electric field strength detection,this paper analyzes,designs and implements a set of substation electric field strength monitoring and early warning system.First,the functional design is based on the investigation and analysis of actual system requirements,and the entire monitoring system is divided into five basic functional modules: system management,data display and processing,data download,early warning and forecast,and equipment maintenance and management.Among them,the system management module is used to process personnel login information,log files,etc.;The data display and processingmodule is used to display the electric field intensity information uploaded by each sensor and perform data analysis;Data download module enables quick export of collected data;The early warning and forecast module can set the substation electric field strength exceeding the threshold,and it will automatically alarm when it exceeds the set threshold;The equipment management and maintenance module implements the addition and management of measurement equipment.Then,this article analyzes and discusses each functional module in detail.Then the C / S architecture,QT platform and SQLite database technology were used to implement the electric field strength detection system of the substation.Finally,the system was tested for its functionality,reliability and compatibility.The software deployment and test results show that the design system in this paper has reasonable function design,strong security,and stable performance.It can complete the collection and analysis of the electric field strength information of the substation accessories,which greatly improves the efficiency of the electric field strength monitoring and the efficiency of data management.
