Design And Implementation Of Substation Auxiliary Monitoring System

The substation belongs to the core facilities of the power grid,However,some of the substations are remote and mostly unmanned.At present,the substation has realized the monitoring of the operation of the core equipment such as transformers,circuit breakers,disconnectors and protection devices.However,the existing monitoring systems have insufficient safety and environmental monitoring functions such as water accumulation,harmful gases,temperature and humidity in the substations.Therefore,this paper developed a substation auxiliary monitoring system to monitor the substation's operating environment.This paper adopts C/S architecture,develops substation auxiliary monitoring system based on C# language and MySQL database.The system collects environmental data through various sensors in the substation,and then sends environmental data to the server of substation monitoring center through network.The data is analyzed and the abnormal data is presented to the monitoring center personnel to determine whether the substation environment is abnormal.This paper firstly investigates the requirements of substation environmental monitoring,and clarifies the environmental monitoring requirements of substation.The system requirements mainly include monitoring record viewing,alarm information transmission,monitoring parameter setting,emergency resource management and data statistics analysis;The monitoring equipment was selected,and the business process,timing diagram and database of the system function module were designed.Secondly,the function module was coded and implemented,and the implementation class diagram and interface diagram were introduced.Finally,the substation auxiliary monitoring system was implemented.The functions and performance were tested,and the functions and performance of the system met the design requirements and user requirements.At present,substation auxiliary monitoring system in the trial operation phase,stable operation.System Construction Objective To improve the efficiency and level of substation internal environmental monitoring,substation control to overcome the remote location,human,material and other shortcomings.After substation auxiliary monitoring system goes online,it not only improves monitoring efficiency of substation,safeguards the safe operation of State Grid Corporation of China,but also reduces the working intensity of the staff and has been widely praised by the staff.
