Because of its rapidity,convenience and other advantages,rail transit has become a common travel tool for people,especially in the morning and evening rush hours,effectively relieving the traffic pressure on the ground.However,there are still some problems in rail transit,such as high congestion on some routes and incomplete service facilities.In order to alleviate the phenomenon of passenger congestion and improve the quality of subway service,in some cases,the method of sending inducing information to passengers was adopted,but it lacked pertinence and failed to send useful information to passengers in time.Therefore,this paper starts from the perspective of individual characteristics of passengers,constructs a passenger loyalties model,and studies the information release time based on loyalty,including:(1)based on passenger characteristics and structural equation model,ETQS attitude loyalties model is proposed.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of passenger attitude and loyalties,and identifies passenger expectation,service quality,passenger trust,satisfaction and loyalty as potential variables of structural equation model,and constructs no less than three explicit variables for each potential variable.Through questionnaires,likert 5-scale was adopted to obtain data,and AMOS was used for model verification and model modification to obtain the influence coefficients of various influencing factors on loyalties,and finally calculate the attitude loyalties of passengers after weight distribution.(2)determine the calculation method of passenger loyalties.Firstly,based on the data of rail transit card swiping,the travel characteristics of passengers are analyzed and the research subject of this paper is determined.Secondly,it defines and formulates the rules of passenger travel time loyalties and space loyalties.Then,SQL Sever is used to preprocess the data and determine the behavior loyalties.Finally,the AFC data of Ping Guoyuan subway station were used as an example to verify the results of passenger time loyalties and space loyalties.(3)proposed a method to determine the optimized time of RTN dynamic information announcement focused on passenger loyalties.In view of the actual situation,the information release scenario was built,mainly from the analysis of events and passenger loyalties,to determine the influence factors of different information release times on passenger information service perception,to build the information service perception model under the influence of multiple factors,and to use the quadratic function model to solve.Finally,AFC data of Ping Guoyuan subway station were verified by MATLAB,and the best and effective information release time interval was obtained.
