| Silicon composite modified emulsified asphalt is developed on the basis of SBS modified emulsified asphalt.The nano-material Si O2 is added in its composition,which makes the performance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt more stable and more in line with the actual engineering requirements while maintaining the performance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt.Firstly,based on SBS modified emulsified asphalt,silicon composite modified emulsified asphalt was developed in the laboratory.By changing the content of emulsifier in modified emulsified asphalt,the influence of the change of emulsifier content on the performance of modified emulsified asphalt and its changing law were compared,and the optimum content of emulsifier in silicon composite modified emulsified asphalt was finally determined.Quantity.Secondly,the basic properties and rheological properties of silicon composite modified emulsified asphalt were studied through laboratory tests.The technical indicators tested by silicon composite modified asphalt all meet the "BCR" of "Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement"(JTG F40-2004).Compared with conventional emulsified asphalt and SBS modified emulsified asphalt,the performance of emulsified asphalt is more prominent.On the rheological performance level,the emulsified asphalt can more fully reflect the characteristics of non-Newtonian fluid.The rheological curve does not pass through the origin and is in a straight line state;the higher the ambient temperature is,the more significant the linear relationship between shear force and shear rate is;the shear rate has a negative correlation with the viscosity of emulsified asphalt,and the varieties of emulsified asphalt are different,and the degree of apparent viscosity reduction is not the same.Similarly,the viscosity of emulsified asphalt decreases rapidly at low temperature and slowly at high temperature.Among the parameters corresponding to the viscosity-temperature curve of emulsified asphalt,the temperature sensitivity is stronger and the shear rate sensitivity is weaker.Then,the optimum spraying amount of silicon composite modified emulsified asphalt was explored by simulating pavement conditions indoors,and the shear strength test and pull-out strength test were carried out indoors to further determine the road performance of silicon composite modified emulsified asphalt.In the process of test,the influence of various parameters on interlaminar shear strength can be analyzed by changing environmental conditions.These parameters mainly include vertical load,shear rate,environmental temperature and so on.After many tests,it can be found that silicon composite modified emulsified asphalt has strong shear resistance.Finally,in the field test,the road construction situation was investigated to understand the shortcomings of the sticky layer construction,and detailed requirements were made for the sticky layer construction technology.Silicon composite modified emulsified asphalt is used as viscous oil in practical engineering.The test results show that the silicon composite modified emulsified asphalt has incomparable performance with ordinary emulsified asphalt and is superior to SBS modified emulsified asphalt in bonding. |
