The rocky soil of the loose slope and layered slope of mountain highways has the characteristics of large porosity,low cohesion,and easy to collapse due to disturbance,which is prone to landslides.Relying on the construction of the secondary road from Yongfu to Sanhuang(S302),this paper addresses the problem of stabilizing the slope of the loose slope of the subgrade by using a combination of site survey,laboratory tests,theoretical analysis,and numerical simulation to study the grouting of ducts.The stabilization techniques and reinforcement design methods for reinforced slopes have achieved the following main results:(1)Through laboratory grouting model tests,the effects of grouting pressure,grout properties,grout diffusion radius,soil physical and mechanical parameters,and grouting time on grouting reinforcement effects were studied.Multivariate nonlinear fitting methods were used to establish grouting to relationship model between grouting parameters is used to obtain reasonable grouting reinforcement design parameters,which provides a basis for slope stability analysis and quantitative design of duct grouting reinforcement.(2)The mechanism of slope reinforcement by duct grouting is studied,and the mechanism of improving the shear strength and deformation modulus of reinforced soil by duct grouting is revealed.The mechanism of the anchoring effect of the bonding effect between the grouting duct and the reinforced soil is revealed.An analysis method for slope stability analysis of reinforced loose slopes with pipeline grouting is proposed.(3)An analysis and calculation method for the strength parameters of the reinforced soil after grouting is proposed.Based on the theory of split grouting mechanics,the unit area of the grouting reinforced soil is simplified using the equivalent area,and the equivalent elasticity of the grouting reinforced soil is derived Parameter calculation formula for evaluating deformation resistance of grouting reinforced soil.(4)The influence of the deformation modulus of the reinforced soil in the slurry diffusion area on the anchoring effect of the duct was studied.It was found that the anchoring force of the duct and the elastic modulus of the reinforced soil had a similar inverse relationship.The reinforcement design ideas of force and the FLAC3 D analysis software are used to analyze and verify the K5 + 320 ? K5 + 350 slope reinforcement scheme in Yongfu to Sanhuang(S302)bid section.The proposed analysis method can be used for slope reinforcement design.The research in this paper deepens the understanding of the theory and method of slope grouting reinforcement design,and expands the application range of conduit grouting technology,which has guiding significance for optimizing slope grouting reinforcement design and construction.
