With the booming development of China's construction industry and the increasing requirements of users for construction products,the degree of large-scale and complicated construction projects is gradually deepened,and the project management difficulty is increasingly increased due to the high quality and high economic project standards.Research data show that construction project resource cost accounts for about 70% of the total project cost.Construction resources not only affect the project cost,but also cause engineering problems such as schedule and quality.The balance of project resources can reduce the management cost of the project,improve the quality of the project,and guarantee the progress of the project.Therefore,the utilization rate and optimization degree of resources are the key factors to determine the success of a project,which is of practical significance to improve the comprehensive benefits of the project.In the construction network plan,the amount and consumption of resources required by each construction procedure vary,and there is a certain degree of correlation between engineering resources,which undoubtedly increases the difficulty of resource optimization of construction projects.In view of the difficulties and deficiencies in the current research on resource optimization,this paper focuses on the optimization research of "fixed construction period and resource balance" in the multi-resource network planning of construction projects.Firstly,this paper considers the determination of the weight coefficients of various resources in multi-resource optimization,divides multi-resource into three categories: human,material and machine,designs the evaluation index system of the importance degree of multi-resource,andintroduces the expert clustering method to determine the weight coefficients of resources,which provides data support for subsequent resource optimization.Secondly introduced sine cosine algorithm and design the model of multiple resources optimization problems effectively avoids the project resource usage increased with the increase of time,the phenomenon of the ups and downs,and finally,the case of a real estate project as the project selection of nanning,the proposed construction project more resources for this article network planning optimization model for model verification and effect analysis.
