The resource is extremely important as for the project. It can affect the project progress, the project time limit and the project cost. If the resource planning is unreasonable, the project progress will be put off and the investment will jump sharply. The aviation product is composed of thousands of mechanical parts and the resource demand is huge. Therefore, it is very important and quite necessary to optimize resource distributing for aviation product project. The resource optimization is one of key questions of aviation product project management. Based-on the management mode and the process planning characteristics of aviation product project, the resource optimization problems, resource-constrained project scheduling problem and resource leveling problem, were studied.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:1) This dissertation constructed a hierarchical network planning model orienting aviation product project. Then the algorithm of time parameters based-on the theory of network topsorting, the calculation of crucial task and crucial path were presented. Based on the hierarchical network planning model, the concept of hierarchical network planning resource optimization was proposed and a two level of network planning resource optimization model was established in view of the domestic aviation manufacture enterprise's management mode.2) The aviation product project task quantity is huge, the logical restraint relations are complex, so genetic algorithm was used to solve the aviation product project resource-constrained project scheduling problem. The basic genetic algorithm has some insufficiencies and it must be mended to solve the problems better. So the simulation annealing genetic algorithm (GASA) was introduced and the algorithm steps were designed detailedly to solve the resource-constrained project scheduling problem.3) This dissertation discussed the aviation product single-project resource leveling, multi-project resource leveling, the dynamic resource leveling and constructed mathematical models for these problems. To solve the resource leveling problem, one optimizition method which unified the analytic hierarchy process and the genetic algorithms was introduced. The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine optimized resources weight and GASA is used to solve the resource leveling problem.4) To examine our research, we designed a web-based project resources management software system facing aviation products and carried on the detailed design to each model view. Based on the detailed designing we used ASP.NET (C#) and SQL Server technology to complete the system development work.
