As the main artery of our country’s economy,the railway not only plays a vital role in the development of our country’s economy,but also promotes the great progress of our culture.Under the call of the "Belt and Road" strategy,China’s high-speed rail will be an important tool for the implementation of the strategy,and China’s independent intellectual property rights of the CRTSIII slab ballastless track will become the main ballastless track for China’s high-speed rail.This paper takes a certain type of high-speed train and soil subgrade vibration-damping CRTSIII slab ballastless track as the research object.The vehicle-track-subgrade coupling system model is established by the finite element software ANSYS and multi-body dynamics software UM.By changing the track structure parameters,the analysis for the influence of the coupling system,the track structure parameters were optimized.The main research contents include:(1)A vibration-damped CRTSIII slab ballastless track structure was established using ANSYS software,and the effectiveness of the track structure was verified by modal analysis.The vehicle model was established by utilizing UM software.The vehicle’s stability,stability and safety were simulated to test the effectiveness of the vehicle.(2)A vehicle-track-subgrade coupling system model was created in UM.Through simulation analysis,the effects of changes in key parameters of the track structure on the vehicle and track structure were studied.(3)Comparative analysis of simulation results.When the vehicle’s dynamic performance is prioritized,the stiffness of the fastener should be 60~80 k N/mm,and the damping of the fastener should be 40~80 k N·s/m.The amount should be 5~7 MPa;when the priority is to ensure the minimum rail vibration response,the stiffness of the fastener should be 40~80 k N/mm,the damping of the fastener should be 40~60 k N·s/m,and the cushion cushion is elastic.The modulus should be 5~8 MPa;if the dynamic performance of the vehicle and the track is comprehensively considered,the final fastener stiffness should be 60~80 k N/mm,and the fastener damping should be 40~60 k N·s/m,the modulus of elasticity of the cushion should be 5~7 MPa.The research results in this paper can provide a certain reference for the design and operation and maintenance of the track structure.
