According to Medium and Long Term Railway Network Planning of China,the next 10 years will still be a period of rapid development of high-speed railway.As the independent intellectual property rights of China,in the future,CRTS? ballastless track system is bound to become the most important ballastless track system in China.CRTS?-slab ballastless track is an important component of CRTSIII ballastless track system,for construction positioning proceed smoothly,it needs to be guaranteed by technology,algorithms,software and hardware such as surveying technology of precise measuring network,rough positioning point design three-dimensional coordinate calculation method,fine-adjustment amount calculation method,redevelopable measurement robot and special fine-adjustment device.In order to systematically research the related technology of construction positioning of CRTS?-slab ballastless track,according to its paving process,the content of this paper can be divided into the following parts:In the first part,firstly,the basic structure of CRTS?-slab ballastless track and the design data related to the layout principle and results of CRTS?-slab ballastless track construction positioning are studied and analyzed.Therefore,the calculating cross section related to the positioning of the track slab is defined according to the size and characteristics of CRTS?-slab ballastless track structure.Then,the network shape,achievement form and precision index of CP? control network are deeply studied.Therefore,combined with the achievements of CP?,layout design and design data of the line,it is the basis for the research of positioning technology for CRTS?-slab ballastless track construction.In the second part,firstly,according to the actual situation of CRTS?-slab ballastless track paving in construction site,the measurement method of beam joints after bridge section construction is researched.On this basis,the adjustment method of the design results of bridge section layout is researched.Then combined with line design information,the calculation method of three-dimensional coordinates in engineering independent coordinate system of the line is researched for the positioning points on track slab bearing platform after layout adjustment.Then,on the basis of the design plane coordinates of the positioning points in engineering independent coordinate system and orbital slab coordinate system,the coordinate transformation model between two coordinate systems is established,and the design plane coordinates of other rough paving locating points on CRTS?-slab ballastless track are calculated.Finally,according to the horizontal and vertical design documents of the line and the design dimensions of CRTS?-slab ballastless track,the design elevation of rough paving locating points is calculated.On the basis of comparisons with calculation results from the similar of China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group CO.LTD,the reasonableness of the design three-dimensional coordinates calculation method of rough paving locating points described in this paper is proved.In the third part,firstly,according to the structural data of bearing platform of CRTS?-slab ballastless track,a fine-adjustment device which can accurately reflect the geometric information of the bearing platform section is designed.When the fine-adjustment device is mounted on the bearing platform,the prism center can be simulated as the top center of the rail.Secondly,the secondary development technology of Leica measurement robot is researched.And an automatic lofting software for measurement robot controlled by PDA is developed.The function of free station measurement and automatic aiming at the target point in the software is the core module to realize the fine-adjustment data acquisition of CRTS?-slab ballastless track.Finally,on the basis of the above two parts,according to the measurements of three-dimensional coordinates of prism centers on each fine-adjustment device,the calculation method of the deviation between the measuring point and the center point of the top surface that the same mileage and the longitudinal,transverse and vertical adjustment of the track plate are studied.On the basis of comparisons with calculation results from the similar software of China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group CO.LTD,the reasonableness of the fine-adjustment amount calculation method of track slab described in this paper is proved.
