The corrugated steel web composite box beam is a new type of structure.The main advantages are its light weight and good stability.At present,there are still few related researches on composite beams with corrugated steel webs.This paper relies on the project funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province,"Research on the Mechanism of Bending and Torsional Action of Prestressed Concrete Composite Beams with Corrugated Steel Webs"(E2018210149)for related theoretical and parameter analysis.The main research contents and conclusions include:(1)A three-piece corrugated steel web test beam was subjected to a full process load test under flexure,and the section strain,vertical displacement,ultimate load and concrete of the test beam in the elastic phase,elastoplastic phase and failure phase were obtained The law of cracks and other changes with load,it is found that the longitudinal strain of the corrugated web is small,and the normal stress is mainly borne by the concrete roof and floor.The beam has a redistribution of internal force before and after the concrete cracks,and the redistribution of the bending moment becomes more pronounced with the later rebar yielding.(2)The finite element software ANSYS was used to carry out numerical analysis on the test beam.The finite element results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the two are mutually verified.The energy variation method is used to theoretically derive the bending performance of the composite beam with corrugated steel webs in the elastic stage.Experimental research,numerical analysis,and theoretical derivation show that the shear lag effect of composite beams with corrugated steel webs is affected by the load form,the lateral position of the load,the external prestressed tendons and the stiffness of the concrete wing.(3)You can increase the cracking moment of corrugated steel web composite beams by increasing the beam width,beam height,and initial prestress.Among them,increasing the beam height is the most effective,but increasing the initial prestress is the most convenient way(4)For a corrugated steel web composite beam,the ultimate bending moment is mainly determined by the area and strength of the steel bars in the tension zone,prestressed tendons,and the flange plate of the steel beam in the tension zone.The stress state of concrete in the limit state has a small effect on the ultimate bending moment of the corrugated steel web composite beam.
